Looks can be deceiving / on the east side ,Dish was great would recommend. Just request extra sour cream Facts!

not bad, but not great either... yams taste canned (Bruce's), hushpuppies taste like they came from a frozen recipe, mac-n-cheese would be awesome if it was fresh and not 2 days old, and the catfish was just so-so... don't bother with the online ordering because it doesn't work, and the customer service is just ugh, well... maybe it was just a bad night? Because they're new to me, I will patronize again as I usually give new places I try 3 times to get it right if it's not great on the first try. Hopefully the next time will be better...I hope?

I really like this establishment, the food is great! However, I ordered the Red Snapper dinner through doordash and they forgot one of my sides and the Red Snapper was soooo over cooked and literally could notbe consumed. I frequent often and was very disappointed!!! for the $17 paid :-(

I've ordered take out from here once during the pandemic early days of. Two people working and no face masks and no gloves. My gut instinct told me to leave upon arrival to pickup my food. It's sad when customers wear masks and I watched the girl up front answer the phone and bag the food and touch her hair multiple times and take money or credit card from customers. I regretted after paying for our food and we ended up not being able to eat it. Not worth risking your life. The food looked kinda gross. If small businesses like this want to survive they've got to up their cleanliness standards.

I went to the mayfield location and I was nervous but not let down. They do a great job with their shrimp. I like the spice they use on their wings as well. I'll visit again - the menu is impressive. I ordered online but the wait was a little more than promised . It was worth the wait

I love John John's in East Cleveland! I always order the Loaded Chicken Baked Potato. It's fresh and delicious! And you get what you pay for. Good food, good customer service and good quantities! It's $2.50 to add bacon but it's soooo worth it!

The polish boys weren't good. Sauce was burned, fries tasted old.The fish was decent. I'd like to say I would go back, but I won't.

They lie about their wait times and the food wasn't worth the money or drive to pickup. Workers on the phone arguing loudly.

The pasta was good. But the portions were small and the wait was 45 minutes over the ready time. And nobody was there!

I am a first timer to this restaurant and a last timer. Based on their own website picture of the chicken philly which advertised the sandwich having chicken, cheese, green peppers, onion, tomatoes, and lettuce, I decided to ordered it. What I received was no where near what I expected, which was a chicken, cheese, a piece of a mushroom, piece of a onion, no green peppers, no tomatoes and to top it off my fries were overcooked and cold. As a RN who was exhausted from working during this pandemic I was truly disappointed and shocked that this sandwich was served. Hopefully, the owner will either upload a picture of their real chicken philly or serve a sandwich that somewhat resembles the advertised picture so no one else is disappointed.
