Jo Ann's Donuts and Ice Cream Parlor

This place is an absolute gem. Anyone giving less than 5 stars can meet me in the parking lot. The owner is the nicest person I've ever met. I also get my haircut in the same shopping plaza. Let's keep this place going and support local businesses!

This shop has great prices and the doughnuts were really good , got a dozen for work and everyone loved them!Prices were great and they even sell breakfast !The older lady that helped me was super nice , 10/10 I recommend this place!

Tiny place, but HUGE support! That's the first impression of had of Jo Ann's when I stepped foot into the establishment. At the time, I had only gone in to buy donuts and the donuts were amazing. Fresh and doughy, the rainbow sprinkled donut is my favorite!Then I asked a friend to join me for brunch at Jo Ann's and again, it was great! Although they have a limited menu, the portion was bigger than I imagined and I was full walking out. Let me tell you what I have ordered: A Breakfast Wrap with sausage ($2.99) and a side of Hash Brown ($0.80). WHERE CAN YOU FIND PRICES LIKE THIS?! To sum it up, the food was great and I can't wait to come back!I also forgot to mention the most important part, which is the service from the owner and her husband! They are such sweet people and so welcoming. I cannot wait to make this the spot in town to bring my friends and grab a bite and catch up! Hidden gem in a little strip of stores.

What a very nice quaint place to visit. They have a small eat in section for breakfast. I ordered the Apple fritter. It tastes amazing. Cooked perfectly. I can't say anything bad about this place. Get here quick and enjoy the sweetness.

It is nestled in an innocuous location in Broadview Heights. The sign isn't flashy and the strip mall is packed with small business so one could easily overlook this donut shoppe. And that would be a mistake. I love that this place is an authentically local donut shop. Jo Ann works in the parlor and is the one serving all the guests. She makes you feel welcome and its as if you belong on the inside of this community. Her donuts are light and fluffy, packed with flavor. The jelly donuts (although frosted) are not too sweet, the jelly does not taste synthetic, it tastes as if its home made. Cinnamon donuts reminisce of cinnamon buns. I thought all of the donuts were great and far better than any of the chain donuts. You don't get the marketing, the commercialism, you get the love of a woman and her donuts.

Love this place! Its small town, locally run. The owner is so sweet, always kind and friendly. I'll go out of my way to come here for donuts. Very fresh and doughy with excellent fillings. They have sandwiches too. Make this place you go to for breakfast sandwiches and donuts!!

These mini donuts are a lot of fun and it's impossible to pick just one. They decorate them right there when you order them. Brilliant!

Jo Ann is so sweet and kind! Just stopped here for the first time and it was such a warm experience. Will definitely be back.

The only thing better than the donuts is the incredible service! Highly recommended. This is what every donut shop should feel like.
