This Jersey Mike's is located in a relatively hidden location in Woodmere on Chagrin. Nonetheless, don't skip this tasty sub shop! I was greeted with fast and professional service who made my regular sized Super Sub very well and made sure to add extra vegetables. I ate it at home and it filled me right up! The quality of the meats are also good and I appreciate that the meat is sliced once you order. I didn't like, however, that my half of whole wheat bread was at least an inch or two shorter than it was supposed to be. Also, the bread is nothing special and not as tasty as I hoped it would have been.

SInce the loss of Euclid's Papa Joe's, we have tried to find another sub shop that comes close. In my book, they had the best selection of hot and cold subs, pasta dishes and sides. They are the ONLY sub shop to offer deep fried onion rings. Thankfully, the Eastlake location is still open.After trying Jersey Mike's, we were pleasantly surprised. They offer the standard hot and cold subs and usual sides (bagged chips, etc .) and drinks. We enjoyed two hot subs, one #17 Mike's Famous Philly with grilled onions, peppers and white American cheese. Lots of nicely seasoned meat. Very "Philly" and filling. After arriving home, we "Phillified" it a bit more with a touch of Cheese Wiz. The second sandwich was a #56, the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. With onions, peppers, jalapeños and extra American cheese, simply delightful!A good choice for a quick and satisfying meal. We'll be back.

I went to this location today for lunch , the young lady that took our order was very friendly and had a great smile however the young lady that was making the sandwich's should not be in the front of the house she did not smile she was unpleasant in her demeanor I was not comfortable in asking for just extra mayo . She was making the sandwich's with out changing her gloves I am allergic to tomatoes and onion when ask to do so she seemed to be angry about it . She needs to be trained in customer service or should be in back where she does not encounter customers. The store was clean and my sandwich was ok .

Out here far from home because our poor dog is having emergency surgery - they were one of the only places open that also had their bathrooms open - they were SO nice and the food was top notch. Thanks for being a haven during this time.
