Jersey Mike's Subs

Let me preface my remarks by stating I am a huge fan of Jersey Mikes Subs. I visit the facility in Hudson on a regular basis. That facility is exceptionally clean and the staff is courteous and professional. Unfortunately the facility I recently visited in South Euclid was a disaster. I walked into the facility sometime around 11:15am and I counted 5 servers behind the counter. No one greeted me as I stood at the counter waiting to place my order. Keep in mind most of them were only a couple of feet away. I decided to remain silent to see what would happen. Checking my watch it took 5 minutes for an employee to mumble something to me about have I been helped. Keep in mind for those 5 minutes I was the only one in the store. The only attention I received were some side glances from workers who appeared to be annoyed by my presence. One of the workers had one of those plastic green floss sticks in his mouth. Unbelievable!!!! Finally ordered my sub. Believe me I carefully watched them prepare it. Sorry no tip!!! I will never visit this particular Jersey Mikes again. There are plenty of Jersey Mikes. Avoid this one.

Was very excited when we learned that a Jersey Mike's would be opening in our neighborhood. Downloaded the app and ordered for the first time yesterday. Some disappointments:1. Our order was supposed to be ready at 6:03pm. Waited curbside for a few minutes and no one was coming out, so I just went inside. Waited several more minutes before our order was ready - overall about a 20 minute wait. Was willing to let this go on account a new store working the kinks out, and perhaps the store was really busy. 2. Got home and found a very flat portabella mushroom and swiss. It was all bread with a few thin and shriveled pieces of portabella - looked nothing like the photo on the menu. When I opened the sandwich, it was a lot of white - nowhere near enough ingredients to even cover the bread surface. 3. The chipotle cheesesteak wasn't as thin as the portabella, but the chipotle mayo was left out.Again, this was our first time ever at Jersey Mike's, and while our first impression wasn't great (hoping it's all related to challenges of a new store and new crew), we will give it some time and try it again.

The workers are not polite. They do not greet you, they just stare. I felt extremely uncomfortable when I first walked in. The only lady that was polite was the women making my sandwich on the grill. The bigger one at the register just has issues. I will not be coming back to this location.

I tried again. The staff is brain dead. The manager? The manager didn't present themselves. I love Jersey Mikes. This is THE WORST franchise in the USA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed a delivery order, which was delivered promptly. Upon opening the bag one sub was missing. Tried to call the location for 30 minutes with no answer. Finally drove there to get the missing sub. After waiting for ten minutes I explained the situation to a very rude employee. He said that he made that order and packed the bag as it wasn't his problem and I would need to take it up with the driver. I asked him if he was going to replace the sub and he said no, it wasn't his problem. He also said they don't answer the phone because they are to busy. Just another example of horrible customer service.

This store is by far the worst Jersey Mike's on a consistent basis! We mostly purchase our sandwiches online for pickup. And for the past 3 times it's ALWAYS wrong! And when you talk to the staff they argue with you and try to blame you. Save yourself the trouble and wasting you money, go to another Jersey Mikes!

Ya know, we loved Jersey Mikes when we lives in SoCal - as Philadelphians it was as authentic as possible. Here though, it's touch and go. Sometimes its perfect and sometimes it is mediocre. Recently I cant figure out why there are certain items we regularly order and have delivered on their website and not on their delivery service menu. They get a lot wrong here - which did not happen in CA. So strange.

Always outstanding subs!! Regardless of whether we order from the app or in- person the subs are perfectly made. I, personally, love the Chicken Philly, but the Italian made "Mikes Way" is perfection as well. I highly recommend this place for filling your hunger games!

the staff is nice great food and perfect for any sandwich lover. The place is clean it has pop music and the decor is like you're in New Jersey.
