Jersey Mike's Subs

Very nice addition to Mentor, Jersey Mike's Subs has good subs. We enjoyed our subs that we chose, I got the club sub and my wife got the buffalo chicken philly. The place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. We can tell they are new because they are still trying to figure things out. We waited there a while because they accidentally gave my sub to someone else so they had to remake it. The manager was nice enough to give us free drinks for the mixup. The ingredients taste very fresh and if I were to compare this to Subway I would say Jersey Mike's Subs is like the Target of subs and Subway is like the Walmart of subs.

What can I say, it was perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The people there were so nice and it wasn't that long of a wait either. Great atmosphere and the employees were efficient and very kind!

This is a brand new location and it's really nice. The staff was super friendly and thorough. I would advise ordering ahead of time if you're in a hurry because they do take awhile to make your subs fresh on the spot. But, we enjoyed being mesmerized by the sandwich artists creating their delicious works of art!

After eating Jersey Mikes in SC for 12 yrs when I moved to Mentor was happy to see they opened up here. Terrible experience. Ordered my favorite Cheesesteak Mikes Way and when I opened the sandwich,the bread was so soakedthat when I took a bite the whole sandwich fel apart. They should fire whoever made that. I think he doused the bread with the oil and vinegar before he added the sandwinch meat etc. Very disappointed . This Mentor location has a good sized staff but they all seem to not know what is going on

We had a coupon if we used the app so we'd thought we'd try JM's new location (formerly Starbucks). I walked in and waited a few minutes for my order and saw a clean store with a line of young kids working hard. I mean they almost looked too young to be allowed to work. I tried the Original Italian and asked for it hot. It wasn't. Plus, it supposed to have ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, pepperoni, and salami. Mine had ham and one slice of pepperoni and barely any dressing. I think it should come with pepperoncini's if you're going to call it an Italian sub. Also, any sub place that doesn't have a hot Italian on the menu isn't one I need to return to, there's just too many better options nearby. Dave's has better bread, Penn Station has higher quality ingredients, or if want to support a local business try the hot Italian at Longo's, that way you can get a pizza to go with your sub!

Great job with the food, we picked up and a wonderful experience to donate to the hungry, over $25MM in meals. Honored to have Jersey Mike's in our neighborhood!

Wanted to eat there today. Posted hours are its open at 10 but monody there at 11. Had to East across the street from it

Jersey mikes in willoughby is great. This mentor location us horribly bad. Have tried them several times and each time was worse than the time before. Manager attitude was very uncaring.

This is my go to place when I find out my wife isn't cooking that night! So I'll order a giant and it lasts 2-3 meals.. I'll take a quarter to lunch at work. Always fresh buns, meat fresh too.. I usually get a roast beef mikes way with added pickles and jalapeños on rosemary bread, and the meat is juicy just enough to leave some juices in the bread if left over night, that's a good thing, because the bun is thick enough not to be all soggy. And a couple of times , I've even surprisingly received a free one because they accidentally made it the wrong way. Bonus! The hot subs are just as great, but maybe request lighter sauce on buffalo chicken sub, because it'll be soaked usually and a mess unless you have a lot of napkins lol.

Never tried Jersey Mike's before and probably will have never again after I was so rudely yelled at by sandwich makers who didn't bother to communicate with their other co-workers in regards to my sandwich that just so happened to have mushrooms added. There were eight people behind the counter no organization whatsoever and my significant other wasn't able to even put toppings on her sandwich it just felt like they just wanted us out of the way.
