Came here for brunch Sunday around 10am and it was definitely busy but we were seated (table for 2) with just a 10 min wait. They turn over their tables extremely fast and the staff seem quick/prompt which is definitely appreciated and noticed! Thanks!It is so refreshing to have good service and decent food for an extremely reasonable price. The menu options are huge and it's breakfast and lunch all day on weekends!The gyro breakfast croissant I thought was unique and even tho the egg was a bit bland, the saltiness of the gyro made it a perfect bite. YUM!

Jennifer's is always bumping. They have a staff that is knowledgeable on their menu items and are attentive to you throughout your meal.Sometimes you have to wait to sit based on how many people are there but that should be expected.Pancakes are fantastic. Coffee is always full.The person we've had serving the last few times is great - Ask for Michelle as your server, she is awesome, works hard, and is putting herself through school now too.

The best Breakfast I've had in years...Wonderful service, wonderful food, and a great atmosphere. Plenty of room when the place gets busy. Highly recommend the pancakes. I can't imagine anyone having a poor dining experience in this establishment. My work mates and I were in town for storm restoration and kept coming back over and over!BRAVO to the management and staff !

Everyone's Food was cold, drowned in sauce and the steak was blue , not even cooked to raw inside literally blue. I ate about 5 bites and had to quit, my dad took his home to toss to the dogs . 17.99 steak breakfast you can't even chew it's so tough so the dogs get it . Also avoid the coffee they burn it taste like an ash tray . This place has officially made me loose absolutely total hope in trusting Ohio breakfast . There just doesn't seem to be anyone who can make good breakfasts around here. It's not that hard. Train the cooks to cook with passion and not with whatever they are doing back there .

Underwhelming.. Wish I could give a better review but this place didn't live up to expectations.1. Skillet meal was delivered as a hodge podge of ingredients thrown on top of each other, instead of a mix (gumbo style) one usually expects2. The home fries were too soggy, instead of partially crisp as typicalThe staff, service, and ambiance were all good.Unlikely to recommend this place, there are better options nearby.

First off, we went in on Saturday 12/23rd around 10 am. Not only is it weekend prime time, but it is holiday time. The place was packed and we probably waited 15 minutes.I'm guessing the families sons were manning the receptionist's area. Unfortunately there is no uniform employee dress code so the guys were running around doing their tasks in with outdoor jackets on, various t-shirtss, etc. To me, this says something and sends a message - is this the way the rest of your establishment is? Just basic "Jennifer T-Shirts" or aprons would go a long way. There was an 8X11 sheet of paper taped to the check out area on the curved counter that said "Check In". No one can see this unless you were already well into the restaurant. A cook from the back came up to the cashier area - he looked liked he was dragged in from the street - black T-Shirt, disheveled hair, baggy, dirty jeans. Again, to me this tells you something about the establishment and how they operate.The place is huge. I was told it used to be a chinese buffet. The tables are so spread out in the dining area we were in that it gave me the feel of Covid measures all over. However note, that if they added more seating they probably do not have the all the wait staff needed to handle all these seats - yes, it is that voluminous. I will contend they leased way more area than they need. I would recommend getting their act together, determine what space will be operable and segregating off the other area with barriers.We had an egg omelette (mushroom and cheese) along with an eggs benny and coffees. My omelette was significantly cold. It must have been sitting there a long time before it came to me. The eggs benny were decent. Coffee was ok, nothing special. Note: When the omelette was delivered, the waitress said she would bring the toast over. Never did. We had to flag her down and ask for it.Service was fair. She seemed very scatter-minded.Would I return? Yes, during the week I would try it again. By far not the best best, but a decent place for a simple breakfast.

This place has potential but fell short due to limited staffing and over seating by the host. Extended wait times for drinks, refills and food. Might be a good spot for breakfast during the week.

In town for a hockey tournament and called last minute on a Friday morning to see if they could accommodate a 15 top, they said sure. We called on the way there and asked to add at least 10 more to that- again, said no problem. When we arrived, they had a whole private room set up for us- waters and menus already on the table! Our waiter was amazing and took care of our whole party!! Great food and service- highly recommended and we will be back again next year!!

The service was prompt. The food was good. Went for breakfast and had biscuits and gravy with eggs and home fries. Somebody in our group ordered the sausage egg croissant and it was huge. He really enjoyed it, but was disappointed it did not have cheese.on it.
