Jake's On The Lake

Walked right in on a Saturday 1145am for lunch and got a table. The place did fill up pretty fast by the time we left. Place is plenty big inside. Yea it's an old house, but so what. It has character. Menu was ample with reasonable prices. Our server Jessica was pleasant and prompt. My sandwich was fantastic. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. We have family up this way, so we will be back in the future. FYI, it's not actually on the lake. It's close though.

Great food, awesome service in a charming and busy restaurant. Love their perch and enjoy a great party melt. Delicious Cole slaw and onion rings, too.

Very popular place. Been here 2x and both times had to wait. Not bad just know it's popular. Had the fish sandwich the first time it was ok. Had the wings the 2nd time. Fish sandwich was good. Wings were just ok. Saw what other people were ordering and the salad looked decent. Place is not too big, why you have to wait. They have a small bar. And they have cider on tap. That's definitely unique and appreciated. Staff is nice and efficient. Not a bad place or food just about average.

Loved this place. I've been wanting to try it for years. Service staff was fantastic. So friendly. They all seemed genuinely happy to work there. No rush to get out despite the fact that they get really busy. It's a super popular local spot. Plan to wait for a bit but it's worth it. Note it's pretty small so bar area is seated by hostess as well. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Sandwiches and salads as well as full entrees and a variety of appetizers. Full bar service. I got the Triple Decker sandwich. Loaded with meat and fresh veggies. Super tasty Dagwood style. Crispy fries just like I always hope they are. Great place to meet friends or just relax Cozy environment and bing bing bing bonus Parking Lot!

This is a great local gem. I sat outside and the weather was lovely. Service was good and my soup and salad were tasty.

I don't get to go to Jakes but maybe once a month, but let me tell you that Jakes is a great place to eat. They have the best Quesadilla in town or any where for that matter. The server's are great and are always on top of things. They are very fast and friendly. A special Thank you to Jessica who has served me many times and always made me feel at home, so, Thank you Jess, and for making my Birthday special as well.. You all deserve standing ovation. Wow! Everything! From the hostess to the owner to the waitress to the food to the runner that brought it-100% Met some sweet folks while waiting and got some free booze and food in the process. Great ambience, fair prices and good times, we will choose here when in the area every time! Thank you Jake's on the lake!!!!

I'd like to say Jake's on the lake is a great establishment with great food but there is one worker for Jake's on the lake named Tanner who might be the rudest person I've ever met really hope the owners see this review and fire their worker named Tanner.
