The food and the service are wonderful. Everything is so fresh and reasonably priced. Jan will make you feel right at home!

You can not eat there , Take out only .. they have Delicious food name two they are side dishes they are just too expensive but well worth the experience

This place do not deserve your money. Order was wrong. Chinese lady was very rude over the phone. Said "go F**k your mother" and hung up. More than once that food items were missing on the order. I would never go back!

Real good food. Had the whiskey chicken they told me it was going to be sweet and it was. very tender moist and tasty. broccoli came with the meal it was tender and steamed perfectly. Price was reasonable.I will definitely go back again!

Great Chinese food, carry out only right now. I love the Spring rolls and the hot mustard you have to ask for not the stuff in the packs. Pot stickers and hot oil are a must too.

I don't know why I didn't go here sooner! The taste of this Chinese cuisine is very delicious and you can tell they take their time when cooking the meals. Delicious!

I had an appointment to talk about Jade Garden advertising with my company yesterday. We were invited to stay for lunch. I chose the recommendation of the Empress Chicken. It was amazing! Seriously the best Chinese food I've had in the whole country! This will now be my lunch stop when I am in the area! Thank you Jade Garden!

Good...but not great. We ordered bourbon chicken and it was hard...like crispy hard and it's not fried. The sauce was also way way sweet...So um yeah I wouldn't recommend that. Now upside the broccoli was good - the crab rangoons delicious...Super friendly staff - so I will try something else. Maybe they just over cooked it. Definitely willing to try again.

This is the better of the two places in town (Madison) Fast take out.The egg rolls are crispy and light, not the usual greasy wrap. Courteous people.Good prices!De-lish food!!!

We used to love this place, and don't get me wrong, they have wonderful food. When Covid hit, they had to go to take out only like many places, and they are still that way. What is frustrating though is their prices are more expensive than the other places nearby (who also have wonderful food), AND they now charge 5% extra if you don't pay by cash. Sorry... if you are charging more for your food to start with AND 5% extra, that's just too much... we will go to the other place and save money. It's a shame, as the people at Jade Garden are very nice and I wish them well.
