DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CHANCE!!! Went there and played Fireballs at $5 a spin ( realize I'll probably lose) lost $600 in no lie 7 minutes.. DIDN'T hit 1 bonus and the most i won in any spin was $16.50.. I would at least like to think I have a chance. Save your money and go to Mountaineer!! Usually don't win but can actually play longer that 7 minutes.

I was there Oct 11.i used my debit card to get 300.the transaction was completed without giving my money.i went to cage and they statefnothing they could do.furtyer same day I went to new marketplace and ordered 3 tacos.terribke no cheese total 6 peices of tasteless cold chicken a sparce amount of lettuce all for 15.50 terrible.

You have to wait in line at the cage to cash winning slot tickets because the kiosks don't dispense change. Staff tried to tell those of us waiting that kiosks were an option. When we said we needed change, we were told to call PNC bank and complain. Doesn't seem like a customer responsibility, but ok. As my ticket was being processed, staff mumbled that he wouldn't have helped me because of my complaint. William, you were heard. You don't think I deserve to be paid what I won. I will strongly consider not returning based on your comment. Thanks William. I appreciate your honesty and candor.

Excellent day out for fun and food! Horse racing is great and lots of room for everyone, even at the Ohio Derby!Just wish there was more Saturday racing during the season.

I absolutely love going here to gamble or just to have a great time I love their Cranberry Juice it's freakin to die for lol . I love the little restaurants they have on the inside and the fact that you can watch the horses race also. I also used to work here a while back. They have great benefits and they are great as far as pto and stuff pay was great too have to get back.

Thanks you Jack Thistledown for recognizing Veterans who served with a free buffet today. We came out for Derby Day and were treated to a wonderful Prime Rib buffet with all the trimmings, Desert and traditional Mint Julips. My lady friend and I entered in the derby day hat competitions and I received some nice compliments. The race track was very fogged in but the races went on anyway. We got there at 11am and by 6pm derby time the entire place was packed to the gills. Caught a freeT-shirt thrown into the crowd and all in all had a fantastic day!

We were here for all of 10 minutes when we realized that they "casino" was really just a giant room of gaming machines. No cards or any sort of tables, just row after row of loud, flashing lights from various slot machines.

This was my first time since it was turned into a casino. Usually I go to Northfield Park.I am pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly, the entire casino clean, all machines in working condition. Lots of room between aisles to walk around without running people over. I signed up for a player's card, did not get any free play, but after spending $20 on machines I got a t-shirt, which actually looks pretty nice.I will be back!

I had won a small amount on a slot machine. Here comes an older guy who sits next to me and starts to BS and not play the machine at all. Lights flash as they took the time to reset my machine and not 1 match after that. $490.00 and not 1 match. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!

Had a great Derby day at the racino. I had a problem and Nick (manager) and Dan were a huge help! Thanks for being so helpful!!
