I dined here several months ago, despite posting my review until now. Overall the place has amazing ambiance, I've never seen a wall feature like this before... very cool!The food was fresh and quick to table. Service was attentive and warm.

My favorite sushi restaurant in town. Always fresh! The Crazy Jalapeño appetizers amazing. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere and convenient location.

Everything was fresh and delicious! The udon beef was so hot and savory, the sushi was fresh and tasted wonderful!

We love a good sushi night and were stopping in town so decided to drop in for dinner.They had nice decor and we were greeted as soon as we walked in and shown to our table. With the server coming by shortly after to grab our drink order.We like to order a variety of rolls so we can share and also try more of the menu. We ordered 5 rolls: Tiger, Twin tower, Dancing girl, Firework roll, and Rock n roll. They were all sooo delicious! We had a good variety of spice, flavor, and texture. We also think the rolls were a good size and quality for the cost. Definitely recommended and will go back if we are in the area!

First, I'll start with the good... The restaurant sits smack dab in the middle of Boardman's busy restaurant/shopping area. Prime location that's easy to find and it's beautifully lit at night with colorful sprinkler type lights. The inside is clean with esthetically pleasing decor, a great spot for family dinners, friend meetups, dates, etc. We were immediately seated upon arrival with plenty of seating available. They have a bar area where you can watch TV or the chef preparing sushi. About the food...Asparagus roll = 10/10Hollywood roll = 4/10Chicken Yakisoba = 2/10The asparagus roll was delicious, and while it's not hard to mess up, it's worth the mention because the asparagus was cooked perfect. Next, the Hollywood Roll, which was the most disappointing sushi I've ever tasted in life. For one, the way the roll is advertised isn't how its prepared. It mentions the roll being deep fried and the salad being in the middle of the plate with the sushi in the middle. Well, they dump the watery, runny salad on top of the roll and then expect you to eat it. The salad consisted of shredded cucumber and surimi shreds mixed in some type of mayo and water...? No flavor and all. When I asked the waitress if that's how it's normally served, she said no and that the chef was different that night. She told the manager who said they would remake it as indicated. Did they do it? Well, if that meant just dumping the salad in the middle of a takeout container, then putting the soggy sushi roll around it and bringing it back out to me....they did just that. Can't say I'm shocked, just disappointed. The Chicken yakisoba had a horrible aftertaste that I couldn't put my finger on and to make matters worst, the Chicken was tough like shoe leather. They were pretty thin straps of chicken so I'm not even sure how this was even possible.Needless to say, I'm sure they have amazing dishes but 2 of the 3 I ordered just weren't good...at all. I'll stick with Mizu up the street. Service is always stellar and I have yet to taste a bad roll or bad anything else there for that matter.

Always love coming here when I'm Boardman. Haven't been since takeout only during the pandemic with their unique window service renovation. The lunch specials are awesome as I got 3 fresh rolls and a steak/salmon hibachi for $26. Everything is quality. Servers super friendly.

There's nothing to dislike here. From the decor, ambiance, music, lights to extensive menu selections and friendly staff. That's before you even try the food!Oh my! The food! It was simply perfect. We loved every bite, and there was so many bites to be had. We're definitely going to be regulars of this place.

Fantastic food! We ordered take-out when family came to visit, and everyone was very happy with their orders, and this can be a tough crowd to please! Every Sushi roll was wonderful. The Bento boxes were very tasty, the soups were flavorful. The restaurant is conveniently located on Boardman-Poland Road (224).' We will definitely be coming back for more.

So good!!!! The food was perfect and came out in a timely manner. Great service and beautiful atmosphere, the decor just adds even more to the experience. Food presentation is also great. 10/10 would recommend ^^

The food was good but I suspect that our entrees had sat for a while before being brought to us because nothing was hot. This might be down to our waitress. No greeting, no smiles, never checked if our food was okay or offer to refill our drinks. It took an hour and a half to get our food and almost 30 minutes to get the check. I had to get up and ask for a to-go box at the bar because she disappeared with our bill and cash. We saw people order after us and get their food quickly. With friendly and smiling waitstaff, imagine that!I see no reason to return,
