Italo's Pizza

My mom was craving pizza and we've passed this pizzeria many times, but haven't tried it out. That was a mistake! They make excellent pizza!I placed my order by phone and picked it up about 25 mins later. The owner, named Glenn, was working and I chatted with him a bit. He's very friendly and when he found out it was my first time there, he gave me an "Italo'a Pizza Club" card. Fill it up, and you get a free large 3-topping pizza. Sounds like a goal I can reach for!The pizza was fresh, hot and smelled delicious! The crust was just the perfect amount of crispness and the sauce is one of the best around this area! They use fresh toppings and they do not skimp on the cheese. What more could you ask for?We'll definitely be going back!

Went back again as we were visiting the NFL HOF. I truly can't say anything more than I have. Great pizzas! Excellent service! My dad did change things up a bit and ordered veal parmigiana with spaghetti. The veal was crispy and hot, sauce was just right. True, it could have used a bit more melted cheese but I'm a cheese nut so that's just personal preference.Every time we visit the HOF, we stop here for a pizza. It's a tradition by now.

What a great little place to pick up some wonderful pizza for a even better price! The staff here are just the best!

My coworkers and I ordered two pizzas from Italo's for lunch today. We get Italo's Pizza on a regular basis, at least twice a month. However today they gave us burnt pizza. We discovered it after my coworker had got back to our office with the pizza. She called and the manager told her that the delivery boy is the one that made the pizza and she couldn't give her new pizzas or reimburse her unless she brought the two pizzas back untouched. We were on our lunch break, so this was really an unreasonable request. Extremely disappointed.

We don't order from here very often (our go-to is East of Chicago) but they have decent thin-crust pizza. Sometimes it is a bit too oily for my liking, but my husband is always a fan.In February, they have a great deal: one large pepperoni pizza for $7.00. We try to take advantage of it, because otherwise they can be pretty pricey.Our only big complaint is the time it takes to get a pizza (sometimes). Be aware on weekends: around dinnertime, you could be waiting upwards of 30 minutes for your pie to be ready.

I tried this place for the first time last night. Do not go by the menu they show online as it is way different then this locations menu. I wanted the half tray of rigatoni which was $26 and ordered cheese on it and they charged me a total of $32! When I picked it up it was small and they claim it feeds 10-12 people which I beg to differ. I had first phoned in my order and they refused to deliver to me even though I am 3 minutes away and offered to prepay with my card. my order said it came with a loaf of italian bread which I assumed would be homemade beings they are an Italian restaurant. I received a loaf of schwebel's italian bread sold at any gas station or grocery store! Gotta say I won't be wasting my money there again. It was complete ROBBERY!!!!!!!!!!

place is a joke can't even order from there because no one answers the phone during business hours. I guess order from somewhere else. great business moto

Really good pizza, had the meatballs on the pizza. Really friendly staff. I went there twice had the same great service and pizza

Was looking for a quick meal last night on my way to Mercy Hospital and stopped in without knowing anything about the eatery. Terrific food, nice people, excellent value. But the biggest surprise (I was working in my car waiting for the pizza and meatball sub) was a knock on the window ... they came out and delivered the order! Couldn't have been more surprised and impressed. The pizza and sub were tasty, hot, and perfectly cooked. I'm guessing everyone wont get the curbside delivery, but who cares! The food's terrific.
