Great hot fresh food. Great service. Small take away location ideal for taking home and enjoying.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is mainly for the parking issues and also no eat in option. Service and Food are excellent! Thank you

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Some of the best food I've tried in a while. My husband and I randomly decided to get Irie for take out on a Saturday night, after driving past it a million times and seeing it all over social media. We got the jerk chicken box which comes with rice and beans, cabbage, and plantains. This combination of flavors is perfect, delicious, and amazing. The cabbage was simple yet a perfect balance with the spice of the chicken. The plantains were cooked perfectly and a sweet touch to the box. We ordered it again a week later!! This time I added the Buddha vegetables and it made it even better, if that was possible!! For a great mix of flavors and great quality food you need to try this place asap!!

Irie is a whole vibe! Food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I've always had a pleasant experience no matter the location but HUGE shoutout to Irie on Pearl. I came in on a dreary Friday and just wanted to pick up my food and go. There were a few people ahead of me, people coming in and out for meal delivery, etc. The woman behind the line had such great energy, she was talking to everyone. She was bubbly, friendly, outgoing, and so sweet. She was running out of items and communicating with the chef but made sure to keep everyone in the loop as well. I wanted to stay and hang out just because of her energy!! I didn't wait long at all, this sweet woman even snuck in a complimentary cornbread for the wait. (I see you, Blondie. Thank you for that sweet little gesture!) Highly recommend for the food AND experience!!

You don't have to fly to Montego Bay to try Jamaican food, you can find it right here in Cleveland! I was on my lunch break and wanted something different, so a quick internet search led me to Irie. While not a sitdown restaurant, there are numerous dishes that are sure to suit a variety of tastes.The menu is comprised of dishes that include chicken, beef, oxtail, and sides such as plantains and mac & cheese. The portion sizes range from a bowl (small) to a box (large). Upon walking in there were a few patrons waiting in line which gave me ample time to decide on what to order. I opted for the vegan bowl, which came with rice and mango salsa and was topped with plantains. Overall, Irie serves healthy and delicious choice that is bursting with flavor!

Was in Cleveland for the whole day of Friday. Was hungry and I was on the mood for oxtails and boy oh boy I found the spot. I ordered the oxtails rice bowl and it's was heavy holding it. The employees were friendly and quick. I loved the oxtails it had flavor and was tender. The plantains were tasty and so a was the cabbage. I was full for the whole day and I'm a big guy. I will for sure be back here for more Jamaican food. Love this place.

Think chipotle but Jamaican and better quality too!!! go for the curry chicken with extra sauce on top!

First, YOU NEEEEEED this place in your life! This food is GOOOD! I do NOT play about my Jamaican food at all! It is ALWAYS good and the portions are ALWAYS PERFECT. I've never received bad service at all and the mood is always a pleasant one! I have even got my co-worker's loving this place as well! This is truly one of my GO-TO spots!!!

I started ordering food from here around mid-year, and they have yet to disappoint! The food is delicious, fresh and very filling. I can see why the Three Likkle Birds dish is on Chef Omar's features and favorites list because it rocketed up to the top of mine as well. Each type of chicken is cooked to perfection, and the combination of their three different sauces laid out next to each other is heavenly. Experiencing the different heat levels over a bed of rice really warms you up on the inside.The loaded chicken patties were also a delightful bite to eat. You can get these with many different combinations, although my personal favorite is with mac n cheese and the cucumber salsa. I could rave for days about the freshness of the cucumber salsa, and I would easily buy a jar of it by itself if I could. For anyone who has never tried Jamaican food, like myself earlier this year, please do yourselves a favor and give this place a try. You won't regret it!
