New building is nice. Employees very friendly and helpful. Food was quick, hot and good.

Food is amazing, jerk chicken is well seasoned, ox tails are meaty and she gives great portions. My favorite is the cabbage sooo good also good Mac n Cheese . Meat pies are good but get them quick , they sell out . The lady who owns it is so nice and friendly . Check hours not always open

Melissa is an lovely bubbly lady who is also an amazing chef! We were in town for a few days get away looking for some Caribbean goodness and we found it here. I highly recommend.

We just visited for the first time. This is some of the best food we have gotten in Canton. It is fresh. The owner is kind. She gave us samples so we could pick what we liked. The worst problem we had was choosing our meal! Every bite we had was delicious. She brought us a beef pie to try and we are hooked! This maybe our new weekly takeout!

Best food in canton. It's a very inviting place. I felt so welcome there and honestly you could order anything and be thrilled! The owner is a very nice woman! I will be back. Fantastic selection and service.

Melissa is a treasure. I just moved to Canton and was worried I'd have to go without Caribbean cuisine - but MELISSA TO THE RESCUE! Not only did she not close down during the pandemic, but she's taking all the necessary safety precautions and more. We ordered oxtail, jerk chicken, and beef patties - portions are incredible, especially for the price! Chicken and oxtails are juicy and well seasoned. Beef patties were great, crust tasted fresh! 10/10 and I can't wait to go back!

Met Melissa while we were shopping for fresh produce at Green Farms .... after meeting her we had to try out this restaurant and soooo glad we did!!! The jerk chicken and oxtails were as terrific as described by others and portions were large! Can't wait to try more... and FYI we're a 30 minute drive away and won't hesitate to drive back! Absolutely recommend this restaurant!

This was my first stop when I moved to Ohio. Their curry goat and ox tails are amazing.

Just leaving Irie Island Restaurant, and the flavors were incredible. Melissa is so kind, and served us when she should have been closing. She was so generous. We tried curry chicken & goat, brown stew chicken and ox tail and you can't go wrong with any of those choices. This is definitely a special spot, and we will be back, even though we have to drive and hour to eat here!!
