Smaller than I had originally thought it would be but, packed with delicious snacks, frozen meals, spices, seasonings snacks and produce.I could not find daikon radish or bitter guard till I came here. Be sure to grab a few samosas on the way out. I recommend them with a touch of the hot lime pickle relish. You'll find that in the aisle across from the frozen paratha. If you like spicy food you MUST try that bhungra spicy snacks! I'll be coming regularly for them!!!!Highly recommend!!

I've been visiting India Grocers sporadically since 2018. I should really visit more often because I love their snacks section. I grew up eating plenty of Indian food and snacks so I'm familiar with many of them.FOOD/SNACKS -- I love that they sell some hot food to-go such as their Samosas. Each Samosa is 99 cents. They don't have too many hot foods for sale and I think besides samosas which is really just a snack, they have one more hot food item at their front counter. The grocery store has fresh and frozen vegetables, meats, snacks, drinks, packaged tea, and more. They are located right next to Discount Tire on West 130th street. Stop on in and visit if you're in the area.****GOAL of 365 reviews in 2025- 30/365 total reviews in 2025- 811 total Yelp reviews- Reviewed on 31 January 2025

Nice hot samosas and plenty of cooled desserts to choose from that are freshly made. Huge array of snacks and plenty of other Indian staple items and fresh produce.

India Grocer has been our favorite Indian/Desi grocer since moving to the Cleveland area. Coming from New York, there were so many Indian grocer options, and when we moved here, one of the first things we did (I'm not even joking!) was to find our nearest Indian grocery options. We found India Grocer was nearby and we decided to check it out-and we are so glad that we did! First-the location is easy to get to (and right next to one of our favorite restaurants!). Inside, it is clean, well lit, and extremely well stocked! While they have the usual types of groceries you'd expect-daal, pickles, rices, vegetables, frozen goods, etc; it's the VARIETY within each of these categories that is important to note! You want a jar of Patak's paste? Get ready to choose from like 10+ varieties! You want frozen food for lunch at work? Well, they have an entire half a wall of floor to ceiling freezers to choose from-and it's a mix of North AND South Indian foods! I think that's one of the other things we really enjoy about this grocer-there's a good array of ingredients, foods, snacks, etc representing so many types of Indian cuisine. Oh, and snacks...check out their snack and biscuit aisles, you won't be sorry! There is also a fresh dessert case, and there is a glass box (think the type that have soft pretzels in them) behind the counter that had homemade samosas, veg puffs, and more, all of which are delicious. We love this place and I could keep on singing their praises, but I'll leave you to discover it yourself! Next time I visit, I will try to remember to take some photos of the inside to share.

we drive 30 minutes to get to this store. wife is thai and likes the produce and the green papaya, all her spices, eggplants and such. if very busy shop. it is not shinny floors but they do keep it clean. good mix of stuff, from all the foods, sauces, spices, to snacks and tea, all the oils even safflower. Prices are really good. been shopping here 2 years now. also has some cooking stuff, utensils, indian ice creams, frozen foods, even have some cricket sets for kids. this is great store.

Stopped by before a dinner appointment at the restaurant next door. We bought a few things. When we returned home, I looked at the receipt. $27.99 for cashews that were marked $7.99 on the bag. I went back today and was rudely told that the $27.99 price was the correct one. That I should have known that you could not get cashews for $7.99. I gave him the unopen bag back and asked for a return. I will not return to this overpriced rip off store. I advise you to be careful.

By far the best indian store in town, their potato puff pastries by the checkout counter are to die for, so are the potato samosas. Everything is fresh in the freezer sections and they have alot to choose from in terms of imported goods. I did see a couple stale ginger pieces from the produce section, but other than that its a good store

PROS: Large selection of groceries, easy access.CONS: They 'forget' to bag groceries that you have paid for. For multiple customers. What the heck. This seems to be a Indian grocery store disease. Chor madarchods.
