I called to place a takeout order, but the service over the phone was very disappointing. The woman was rude and unhelpful, making the process frustrating. I expect better customer service, even over the phone, and this experience was far from welcoming.

The fresh meat and vegetable prepare yourself to be thrown on the grill meals are excellent, the buffet is good too

This place is no longer any good, the food has gone down hill, I think there are new owners and they are doing a poor job at keeping the standard. I will never return. Sorry and how unfortunate.

Very delicious variety of authentic food. There's more then enough to fill up on. The servers are very nice and patient. The music is calming, makes me want to fall asleep after I'm well and full. So much better then China Jade.

The food is good for a buffet. The sushi is delicious and the hibachi grill makes a great dinner

Very generous portions and fair price for Asian takeout. Each meal was enough for two meals, and very good even the next day.

Imperial Palace has been a favorite go-to for me and my family for years. While the regular buffet is usually good, for me, the hibachi beats all. It is always delicious, especially if the right person is manning the grill and putting the sauce on in the beginning, rather than at the end. We recently visited the restaurant three times, after taking nearly a year and a half off -- not because of the pandemic, but because the service and quality had taken a huge nosedive during the pandemic. Two visits during the pandemic caused us to give up on this restaurant, but I was so in the mood for it recently that we caved and went back... and kept going back. I'm happy to report that whatever hiccups they were having seem to be resolved. Favorite "regular buffet" dishes for me include honey chicken, bourbon chicken, pot stickers, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, vegetable lo mein, and those little fried doughnuts. I usually go for a mixed plate from the regular buffet after polishing off my plate from the hibachi. Only negative seems to be that they no longer have pork as part of the hibachi. For about $30 with drinks and tip for 2 people at lunch time, you can really get your money's worth and not be hungry later on. I'm already looking forward to my next visit here.

I took a date there and the lunch, not supper, was $36.49 for two meals and two sodas! My God, I could go get two steak dinners for that. It could have been warmer in there. It was like they had the vents on in place of the heat. My date said that she was freezing.I used to go there for the wonderful sushi and the Mongolian BBQ and the sushi, but the prices kept going up and now it's just ridiculous. I will never be going back there unless they reduce their prices. I wonder what dinner prices are... $50? I suspect that they charged me dinner prices for lunch.

Found a finger nail in the noodles. Really nasty. Food was kept cold. Orange chicken, general tsoe's, etc had no flavor. Was 33$ for two of us. The waiters weren't mean just was really disappointed at food quality came hungry, left feeling sick.

went there a few weeks ago with my girlfriend, the place has REALLY gone down hill, the food was old and cold, half way through our meal 4 DIRT BAGS walked in, a couple of dudes with their pants around their knees, and their trashy girlfriends in short tank tops with their guts hanging out sat down behind us, and we're loud and obnoxious and started throwing food 10 minutes into their meal and hit us, and when I turned around and looked at them, they started talking about the Glocks that they had in their car, and the staff did nothing about it, almost $40, I'm done with that place, time to go to Golden corral, or S&S, they don't put up with that shit there, if you go there, make sure you're strapped and wearing a bulletproof vest and have your back up against the wall, also when I got home, I had a bad case of diarrhea, and my girlfriend had a stomach ache.
