Ignite Brewing Company

Hubby and I stopped in for a quick bite. We each did a flight, which they charge you per pour not a standard price for the flight. Which we didn't know and they didn't have prices on the flight size pours or else we would have chose different beers. The bartender was nice and pretty attentive, it was a Sunday and it was slow. I ordered the chicken tender basket, hubby ordered the Bat Flip pizza. Both were good. The space is big and the patio is huge and seems like it would be a fun atmosphere in warmer weather.

Finally checked this place out last night when we decided to do some axe throwing. Beer was decent! Had the Hazy IPA and the shandy. The shandy was the better of the two. Lots of other beers to try, so I will have to return and check out some others. Huge bar and the space has tons of seating with board games and televisions. Service was super fast and friendly. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you are enjoying the other businesses in the building!

First visit to Ignite Brewery in Brunswick and the employees greeted us and treated us like family. Plenty of comfortable seating available on a Saturday afternoon. Large selection of beers and flights available to try samples of beers. I had the Endless Curiosity, a toasted coconut cacao nib stout with toasted coconut on the rim. The stout was well-balanced and full of flavor from coconut and cacao. I got the full pint and it was good til the last drop! Food was available and we tried the hot dogs, flatbread, and tater tots. All food was reasonably priced, freshly prepared and served warm. Highly recommend Ignite Brewery!

I had a great time at Ignite Brewing in Brunswick! It's a solid 4-star spot in my book. The selection of craft beers here is impressive, with something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help me find the perfect brew.The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, making it a great place to hang out with friends or meet new people. They've got a welcoming outdoor seating area, which is perfect for enjoying a cold one on a sunny day.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, while the beer is excellent, I was hoping for a bit more variety in the food menu. Nevertheless, Ignite Brewing is a fantastic place for beer enthusiasts, and I'll definitely be back to explore more of their brews.

Well if you're looking for good service, this is not the place. This was our first time at ignite, after entering the restaurant, no one greeted us and we seated ourselves. After browsing the menu on our phones, we realized you had to go to the bar to order. No server responded to our table. After standing at the "order here" sign at the bar for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement of our presence, we decided to leave. Very disappointed after locals in Brunswick seemed to really like this place.

Food was good. Person I was with had pepperoni flat bread and said it was ok, but the sauce really needed some help. Let's get to the beers. We each got a flight of 4, costing anywhere between $3 and $6 each. A bit on the high end for some I thought. Ignite memory, not memorable. Supposed to be a lager, i disagree, not a fan. Mountain High Haze, all I can say is maybe I don't like this kind of beer at all. Scarlet, not bad, but begging for some more flavor in it. Celebratory waffles, 1st sweet, but after the rim which had cinnamon and sugar on it was off, not too bad. Not really sure I could drink a lot of this, very good as a dessert beer, if thats a thing. Tasty barrel aged law abides, well it tasted aged. Sorry I am not the biggest help when it comes to beer, i am a committed lager lady. But food we had was good and would go back for that.

My husband and I spent the afternoon doing our taxes here and loved their fun food menu adding a delicious exciting twist on basics like hot dogs and tots! Great selection of beer too and nice friendly staff.

Loved the beers ,The people that work there were super friendly very informative about all the beers.Ambiance was very nice.

The place is open on a Saturday at 11am. But we were told food doesn't start until 12pm. If this place was smart and wanted to make money, there's tournaments that start as early as 9am. How convenient would it be, to just walk upstairs eat a hotdog, and avoid the aggravation of trying to leave the parking lot to find food and be back downstairs for your kids next game at 12pm and maybe grab a drink on the way out at 1pm. Maybe in a perfect world I guess.
