Hop Hing Chinese Restaurant

Good Chinese carry out food.Nothing fancy or exotic just good pot stickers and general tso chicken.

Just ok. Probably will not return. Because of the texture of the dough, I think the dumplings were frozen. Though fried, they also seemed soggy. Sauce was not flavorful. We also tried the egg roll which was good but did not come with sauce. This was take-out, so the sauce packets may have been lurking somewhere in the restaurant. If so, I just didn't see them :( The General Tso was just ok. No spice at all; not a pepper to be seen. The chicken was not crispy and the sauce not flavorful. The pork fried rice was just ok, nothing special.

We got take out and the food was remarkably bland. I've eaten here before and had a very positive experience but this one disappointed.

This is the first restaurant I came across that did not have a menu to order from on Yelp.How do they expect people to order takeout if there is no menu to choose from?Are we to guess what they have available? Not real inviting if you ask me.

The very best Chinese restaurant, food, fast service and the nicest people in at least 50 miles!

My family and I came to Hop Hing a little after they opened on Saturday. We ordered about $30 worth of food and it wasn't good. The lo mein smelled old and tasted that way too. The fried dumplings weren't fried at all and the pork inside tasted funny. The woman who took our order was rude and short with us when we had questions about the food choices. Overall, I won't be back.

Food is great, but so much inconsistency with phone orders. Sometimes there's no answer, other times it rings and rings ... or when they answer they ask you to pay cash bc system not working. Has happened multiple times w to-go orders. They need to fix the phone issue.

Always good choice for a week night. Close to home and quick. People always nice when placing my order. The Phoenix and Dragon is a great dish.

First-time visit! Food is typical American Chinese fare, served piping hot on 9" styrofoam plates. Diner tables, no tablecloths, very limited seating, mostly a take-out place. Most items marked spicy can be made with little or no spice, if desired. Lots of cold canned soda pop flavors, Coke, Sprite, Cherry Coke, Dr. Pepper, iced tea, etc., but bottled water (only $1) is unrefrigerated. Hot tea is not served to everyone automatically, but you can order it. We were uncomfortably cold inside the restaurant tonight.

Best in the area making it a bit crazy during peak times. If you want good Chinese in this area other choices do not compare.
