Your typical brewery with your typical beers but liked the concept of Brewery attached to Coffee Shop attached to Winery. All the brews I had were great. Enjoyed watching the Amish buggies traveling in front and behind the brewery. If ever in the area again (I grew up in Western PA) I'll definitely stop in for another !

Beer and wine are good! We attended the Name that Tune event and there was No air conditioning and no fans; we were sweating. I suggest having a microphone so when announcing the songs everyone can hear. One person bathroom.

Best logo ever and amazing beer. Eight beers on tap ...so , not a bunch the 8 they have are pretty of variety. Porter is my favorite beer and Hop Asylum has an awesome one. Ok..I maybe the best Peter ever.

This is an awesome place. They have a great selection of beer with a few local guest taps as well (Knockin Noggin, Brew32). There is ample free parking here, and the brewery is connected to The Fractured Grape winery, so guests can walk back and forth between the two - it is a perfect fit for beer and wine lovers alike, and within walking distance of Westminster College. They opened relatively recently, so I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I'd like to say I tried this place. But it is closed (for renovations). Nothing on their website about it being closed. We came for a birthday celebration and disappointed to find out we could only experienceThe Fractured Grape. We wanted to experience it all. Bummer. We ordered a cheese plate to share. Good variety of 4 different cheeses. Service was friendly, but a tad slow. My nephew order iced tea. First selection - after a wait - sorry, we do t have that. Second selection of tea - after an even longer wait - sorry, we're out of that tea. Finally, he said just. Ring me what you have. Ambiance - mellow. One big room. Everyone can hear your conversations. Music was low, I. The background, but a good selection of music. To be fair, we came early in the day (noon). Curious what the evening would be like. Though not sure I would return. Disappointed not to experience the entire environment. Might want to consider putting g something on website that says Hops Asylum is temporarily closed.

Plain and simple.... beer sucks! Employees are not educated on how to pour a beer, not educated on the flavors of their beers ("how about I just bring you a 1oz sample ") ok well that sucked.Owner is all about the money... not about the quality of his product. I doubt he's ever brewed his own batch of beer! Only UP he has.... is paying his way to get into New Wilmington.... which has been a dry town FOR YEARS!! JMO

Stopped on a trip through New Wilmington. Not a complaint! Beer was great, service was great, ditto on the food. We tried several of their beers and all were very good, from IPA's to stouts. Had an appetizer-chipotle hummus. Delicious! Only wish we lived closer! But, planning a trip back in the near future.

I understand that they opened up in the fall, but the guest tap beer are way better than their own. Blonde was darker than the NEIPA. Beer is weak and unbalanced. Will give them another chance in the Spring. It's a competitive market and they better step it up if they plan on staying around.
