Warning about the older gray haired barmaid with the shitty attitude sucks. This isnt the only time we have had major attitude service from this woman. Shes been there for yrs. Asking her for service is putting her out. Like who the hell are you. We used to love going to this bar. She makes the experience crap. Dont go before 6:30 pm. Such a shame. We will be finding another place to spend our money and frequent. We have had enough.

Really awesome out-of-the-way joint with incredible food and and a slightly above average choice of brews. Think dive-bar meets gastropub. Because of the bland building, I would never have thought to try it, were it not for friends who introduced us. The place recently went non-smoking and is family friendly. The food is the real draw here. Huge choice of wing flavors at a good price and a few kinds of garbage fries-- the buffalo/Bleu cheese ones were amazing and hand cut. We went on Saturday, which is steak night and features prime rib during the colder months. The portions were enormous, and it seemed as if everyone ordered it. A thick slice the size of a dinner plate bathing on au jus. Unfortunately, we failed to heed the Facebook suggestion to call ahead to "reserve" a portion, and they were sold out, although some (smarter) folks who arrived later got what they came for. I settled for the hand-pressed burger, medium rare, and was not disappointed. With a great char on the outside, it was juicy and delicious. The best I've had out in some time. Others raved about the Buffalo chicken tender sandwich- "spicy," and the Philly steak, although served on a burger bun, seemed to have enough meat to fill a hoagie roll. Will definitely be back in the fall to try the prime rib.

The cheddar broccoli soup was very good - full of flavor - light - good amount of broccoli!The nachos were a good size! Fried pickles hot and spicey!The beer was cold and crafty and cold and local! All good!

Prime 2nd and last Saturday off the month. Smoking permitted. Good selection of craft beers. A great place to finish off elk Creek fishing or a visit to bluff Park.

We went on the recommendation of a local and found the place to be sub par. The staff were friendly but didn't act like the place had ever been busy. Service was fine when you were at the bar but once you went to the bar and placed your order, it takes entirely too long to get food. We were told when we were there that the owner doesn't let the employees wait tables because of tip splitting, which is fine if you only have a few tables, but most of the seating was away from the bar. In the end it took over an hour to get our food and when we got it they forgot to make two of the sandwiches, which is probably because we talked to a different bartender each time we ordered because the place was manic. The real kicker of the night was when they didn't bring the wings a member of our group ordered and we understandably wanted it pulled off the bill, they said they couldn't do it and gave us a 10 dollar bill, we paid with a card. I mean they made good on it but seriously? They couldn't take it off the bill? Overall this place was a reminder that sometimes hometown favorites are not all they're cracked up to be.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken strip sandwich for take out and when I got home this is what I pulled out of the box... looks like someone took the top bun and squeezed it into a ball before they set it on top of my "sandwich". One of the more disrespectful things I've received while ordering take out in some time... also extremely expensive for the product they put out..

Very cool out of the way place. Lots of beer to choose from. Friendly. Lots of appetizers on the menu. Very clean. Welcoming staff. The burger I ordered was perfectly cooked. The food was very good. Will be back for sure.

We ordered the pepper cheese stuffed pretzel for an appetizer. For dinner, a grilled cheese and the black and blue burger, both with fresh cut fries. We had a very nice waitress. Here's a surprise, the pretzels deep-fried did not expect that. It was however good. The grilled cheese had tons of cheese in between Texas toast. Black and blue burger was very good with the Cajun seasoning put on the burger. The fresh-cut fries were very good, but I would've liked them crispier. The other nice surprise visit they offer multiple vinegar to go with the fries.This place is out-of-the-way but a very nice place to stop and take a rest from the road and enjoy some good bar food! Would recommend it.

Wing night is the fabulous! Prices can't be beat! You'll always see a friendly face or meet a new friend. Shayna is the best!

The food is very inconsistent. Like a roll of the dice. Stromboli is great one time and the next time it is burnt. They give you a time to pick up food and it is cold and burnt
