Hodys Smokehouse

The offerings at Hody's are tender, juicy and so flavorful. The menu has some great items including call ahead ribs since they don't stock them on the regular menu. That is something I would definitely try next time. The guys are friendly and service is quick. It's so nice to have another option for eating in the Madison area that is not processed or fast food. I enjoyed the entire meal. I loved that there were multiple options for sauces. My only regret is that they don't have any indoor dining as this is a permanent food truck location only. I enjoyed me meal and will be back!

I consider myself a BBQ connoisseur and this was as low as it could go. The Pulled pork sandwich was small and one chunk of pork, the brisket was so over cooked it would of been considered pot roast. And don't get me started on the Mac and cheese which was flavorless mush. Do your self a favor just cook at home

Food is good and the guys serving are very friendly. I had a sandwich and my husband ordered the meal. We liked it all

if your looking for a filling lunch or dont want to cook when you get home, this is your go to place. They have great standards on the menu but often have surprise items. Yes it's a food truck - but the food is awesome. I missed out on the ribs because they sold out which they do sometimes... but you can order ahead. Madison's new gem.
