High Tide Tavern

PHENOMENAL service-- great food, great prices. High tide is the perfect stop for filling fried food and well-priced drinks. The prices are significantly lower than the surrounding businesses; they take pride in not price-gouging. The onion rings were legitimately delicious. They have many vegetarian and vegan options for fried veggies of all sorts and grilled cheese and veggie wraps. What made our experience phenomenal was the service. The bar manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked her for area recommendations and she went so far as to pull out a magazine and circle her recommendations (including notes like "great pizza" and "go here then stop over there"). She was so kind that we're planning a trip back to Ashtabula only to heed her recommendations. The bar does not have a direct view of the lake.

They have the best deep fried green beans! Laid back bar. Staff is friendly. Refreshing stop to make when the strip is super busy.

High Tide is a great experience & I would highly recommend it. Whether it's for karaoke night or a chill night. There's good music, cold drinks & great food. This crew is so hard working through all circumstances. They're honest, good people & that's the type I love to support. Busy night or not they do their best to take care of you. Had to snag a couple shirts. Their merch is cool. We got a couple t shirts & a sticker. If your going to GOTL this is a must stop!

Stopped in to get a summer bar crawl paper. Bartender was friendly and joked with us a bit. Food was typical for bar food. Deep fried pretzel with cheese and an ice cold beer. How could you go wrong. Not a fancy place but if you want a quick bite to eat while your walking the strip in Geneva this was a good choice. Small on the inside of the bar but it looks like they may have a patio that you can take your drink out there and eat and drink. Overall fast friendly service. That being said I would stop in again the next time I am here.

Another classic from the strip at Geneva on the Lake. Hit the strip for the day and walk right in here to have a drink with friends. Nothing fancy, (the entire strip is beach casual), friendly locals and mostly vacationing or day tripping adults. Regular small bar fare. Don't expect high end cocktails. Specials are a deal. It's all part of the crawl

Ate there in July got wings . They was very good and would buy them again.We were all very hungry , they had a special 3 appetizer for $18 , bought them , came in a container 6 inches long 4 inches wide about 4 inchs high ! What a total rip . Probably won't go there anymore!

Awesome Food GREAT PORTION SIZE for the Price and Always cooked to your liking if you want medium it's medium or well done it is GREAT and FRIENDLY STAFF always GREAT FOOD and STAFF !!!!

Great experience. We stopped In during the monster craw, bar crawl. The atmosphere was awesome. We ended up coming back the next day. I believe the bar tender was the owner, she was fantastic.

This place is a Diamond in the ruff. We stop in every time we are in Geneva. Good bar food, great atmosphere. Must be good, it appears that many locals hang out here. Drink prices are good as well.
