Hibachi Xpress Brown

I just had an order delivered by Grubhub. A nice lady called me to confirm my order was correct, which is awesome. Food was hot and delicious. Portions are very generous, and I can eat. Only negative was Grubhub charging $10 for delivery. The restaurant is outstanding though.

This place is really good and a staple in the hood. I love this place but it seems that things are hit or miss. One day it was terrible, greasy, small shrimp, lacking flavor. I called Cash and she said that they would remake it. Maybe a day or Two I reordered and it was like night and day compared to the previous order. Nice sized shrimp, nice seasoning, adequate vegetables and not greasy by any means. If they would be more consistent with the product I would definitely order more when I am at home as my moms house is in the vicinity.

This is one of the slowest food establishments I've ever been to. I had to pick up an order for door dash and spent over an hour waiting for a very small order. Wasted my time and the customer was mad at me, not realizing that I spent an equal amount of time waiting.

Updating my review since it's been a couple years. The last few times I've came here were not good experiences. The food is still great, but not sure if it's completely sanitary. People do drugs off of the bar, usually cocaine or smoking weed. One of the bartenders watched a bathroom after advising a couple to have sex in there.

Ok!....smh umm where do I start. Picture a run down bar in the hood with a side hibachi hustle. My 13 yr daughter and wanted hibachi today since today was a no cook day. I just shoveled a mountain of ice boulders outta my drive. But anyhoo we usually go to the one in Hyde park. If we weren't hungry I would of walked right out. Definitely not a place to bring a child. The food was ok customer service a -5. I will not be coming back. There should be caution tape around the building and full on disclosures on websites. We practically ran out of there.

The driver who delivered my food tonight recommended that I don't order from this Hibachi Express anymore due to the sketchy sanitary conditions from when he was there picking up my food. Everything looks terrible, I am throwing it all in the trash.

Absolutely delicious! Ordered the shrimp and chicken combination, it came with fried rice and vegetables. They used jumbo shrimp and the portions were huge, don't forget the yum yum sauce. Definitely going to be coming back!

Decent tasting food but small shrimp and scallops even small portions when adding on an extra side. Don't know if they're in conjunction with the one on triplet blvd but wow what a satisfactory difference!

2nd time ordering ,food is good but today they forgot my drink ,food was delivered at 1:27 I called at 1:29 to let them know - she assured me that they'd bring it back it is now 3:20 and still nothing - not even a call . I paid cash and sure I'm not losing much over a drink but I don't appreciate this at all - it's unprofessional !Update : THEY NEVER CAME BACK !

Ordered 2 dinners to be delivered with a delivery service. Specifically ordered no broccoli on both . Orders came with "broccoli only" written on the lids and inside. Called the restaurant and was told they couldnt redeliver and they would issue a credit. A few days later when I called for the credit to pick up on my way home from work around 7pm I was told the person who does the credits wasnt there yet and could I wait a little while. When I asked if it was written in a book they said they dont keep a book. So then I asked for the person's name that would know the credit and the employee said "I don't know her real name". What?? That place is a joke.!!
