Bored staff shuffle around looking unhappy. Food is delicious, fair price and fun to watch preparation. Place needs a major cleaning and exterior is literally falling apart. Server didn't know what a club soda was, really? All staff, except for the manager refused to wear covid-19 mask over the nose, effectively making them useless.

Same set up as other Hibachi Steakhouses. Fast talking, wise cracking, chefs cooking table side. Also, the flaming volcano and catching shrimp in your mouth.The food is good and includes soap, salad, rice and a protein option. We went with the fried rice and filet. The food was good and filling. However, this place needs s good cleaning. There is a musty odor that needs to be taken care of.

The exterior hides the taste of the food. Probably the best steak i've had from a japanese restaurant, the noodles are delicious. i don't recommend the sushi--at least not the spicy tuna. it was just tuna with hot sauce on top and did not taste very well. service was good as well as food.

My boyfriend and I had been talking about going here for forever and we were finally able to stop. We had to wait about ten minutes to be seated and were seated with one other couple. Once our orders were taken we were served a clear broth soup made with mushrooms and onions and a salad. The soup was delicious and the dressing for the salad was very good. We both ordered the Ninja which is a Hibachi meal that comes with shark steak, teriyaki chicken, and shrimp. Each Hibachi meal is also served with vegetables and rice. The portion sizes are gigantic; I had plenty to bring home for an entire second meal. The chicken was a little tough, but overall the proteins were all cooked well and tasty. I was happy with our experience but would have been happier if the food was all a little more flavorful. Our chef wasn't terribly entertaining, but to be fair neither of us couples were very playful or energized. The chef at the other table was very funny though so I'm sure it depends on the crowd.Also. the place is dark and could use a good deep cleaning.

Called ahead of time to make reservations for 7:30. Showed up on time and waited a half hour just to be sat. Wasn't offered water or anything to drink during the wait. We sat at the bar and the waitress who kept coming over to make drinks for everyone that was sat didn't even offer us anything to drink. To be honest she looked as if she hated her job. Finally sat and ONE CHEF for 4 tables. The chef wasn't even half way through one table and had a full party to tend to before he could even reach our section. Needless to say we would of waited probably another hour. Did I mention when we called it was only for a party of two and this was our wedding dinner. Don't make reservations if you can't accommodate. We won't be going back here again.

My family and I had our meal here on May 10, 2024 and our total bill was about $91 and we gave a $20 cash tip. My wife and I checked our credit card statement for the month and saw our bill ended up being $141. We do not what happened or how our bill ended up being so high on our credit card. When I signed the receipt, I put "cash" on the line to let the server know we left a cash tip. We typically do not keep receipts as this has never happened before so it is my word against them. When visiting this restaurant please keep your receipts in case this happens to you.

The food was good and the service was entertaining. But when I arrived with my family who was visiting from out of town I was embarrassed; the building is falling apart and looks abandoned from the outside. And the inside is not much better. The staff is disinterested in making guests feel welcome and all wore their masks under nose or chin with the exception of our chef. If an establishment is going to neglect its building I don't trust it's cleanliness either and will not return.
