This fantastic neighborhood gem is a locally owned oasis for expertly roasted coffee, superbly crafted drinks, and remarkable treats! Upon walking in you are greeted by friendly, enthusiastic staff who are knowledgeable and efficient. They have a variety of drinks, ranging from drip coffee, pour overs, espresso, lattes, teas, and also have non-dairy alternatives (almond and oat). Normally, I get their chocolate latte with oat milk; however, I opted for the seasonal classic - pumpkin spice latte! After approximately five minutes, the drink was ready. I have to say, this was by the best pumpkin latte I ever had. I asked the barista if they used real pumpkin puree in it, and she stated that he did. In fact, the pumpkin spice concentrate they used was made in house. Of the many coffee shops spanning the northeast Ohio business landscape, Heartwood Roasters has proven to be my personal favorite.

Get the maple smoked latte and thank me later! I love the design in this downtown coffee shop. Baristas are always kind and quick to serve.

Chai Tea heaven. Best cup I have ever had. They have wonderful Coffee but their Chai Tea was incredible. Top of the line. They have yummy pastries.

I LOVE this beautiful little coffee shop located in downtown chagrin falls! I am absolutely blown away by the customer service and the options they offer. I ordered a Matcha Latte with Oat Milk. They didn't have Soy unfortunately. But Oak is great! They even did a beautiful design on the latte as you can see in the pictures I've provided below. This Matcha is the best I've ever tried! Honestly, would recommend over any other matcha. They do have cute little plants in this shop that are available for purchase! I also ordered the Quinoa Egg bowl and this was presented so beautifully, as well as the matcha I was so impressed! Definitely Instagram worthy! The only complaint I have is there was a ton of salt on the bowl that it did ruin it in my opinion and this is why I am giving this place a 4 star. I would get it again if I asked for no salt. So I'll have to try that next time but it was still good non the less. Now, I came with a friend here and she got the Breakfast Sandwich and she also added there was a ton of salt on it so the food could've been a bit better but overall I was very impressed and will continue to come to this beautiful little coffee shop! We are blessed to have this place in the falls. Also, if your not from the area, Chagrin Falls has a ton of amazing small local businesses you can try out! All within walking distance.

The OG location that I've tried. So good. On par with Rising Star (huge compliment). Amazing gluten free Dino cookie. Lattes are out of this world. Baristas are always friendly. Decor has lived in character with brick walls and a homey, warm feel. So cute to grab coffee and walk around the falls to boutique shop. A must if you're in chagrin falls.

Last week I visited two separate Heartwood Coffee Roasters, and both were very nice. They have a clean atmosphere and I love the touch of having fans keep the airflow by the pastries, to prevent them getting soggy with humidity! I enjoyed my coffee; I just had a cup of no frills coffee, but it was a good strong roast. Very cute branded bags and shirts were available - and the plants in the windows give the place a summery vibe. Sorry I didn't order anything else from the menu so I can't say much about that!

The cinnamon rolls at this coffee shop are really great. Worth trying. Coffee was also very good. Busy environment. Service was excellent.

Great little spot for coffee in the adorable chagrin falls! I had the raspberry matcha and it was so delicious and creamy. I love that they use hartzler milk for their drinks!The inside is decorated so cute and has some wonderful art and plants for sale. The music and atmosphere was great.

The food here is excellent and the coffee outstanding. However, it is a mystery why it takes so long to order and get something when there are so many employees moving about. Both locations have a "quick cup," which is a good option if you don't want to get stuck in the mass confusion of people ordering, waiting, chatting with workers, etc. The ambiance is a problem with few tables and people cleaning their own.

This place is great but would be better if they had the line running towards the back of the store rather than the front. In the current situation it creates mass confusion and congestion about who is in line and who is waiting for their drinks.
