First, let me say that the bartender was amazing. She was sweet, attentive, and very helpful. I also really liked the dance floor. But that aside, two sodas and two meals was over $50 before the tip. The food itself was sub par. Mine was tough and overcooked. My son's was, albeit pretty, highly lacking in flavor. The experience just didn't match the pricetag. On a more positive note, they do have live music...but that's not enough to make me want to go back. I'm just really disappointed.

One of the single worst dining experiences I've ever had, ever. We went for the AYCE crab legs and it was apparent from the moment we walked in that they were woefully unprepared for such an event. People were coming in and no one from the restaurant were greeting anyone or telling us where to go, sit ect. We had to go to the bar and ask along with everyone else coming in. We sat for 20 minutes before anyone even came over, some tables sat for over 30 minutes before anyone came to the table. Almost every table was complaining about wait times and lack of service. They imposed a 2 hour limit for each table which would be fine however we, along with every other table were waiting over 30 minutes for each refill. The crab was overcooked, very salty and cold. I've eaten a lot of AYCE crab and this was by far the worst I've ever had. None of the meat would come out in full pieces and it was more trouble than it was worth. We got no drink refills and had to go to the bar for our drinks. They automatically added a 20% tip for the server and a 5% convenience charge to use a credit card. The whole experience was highly disappointing and felt like a scam. People started talking among tables and it was clear the vast majority were very upset. Save yourself some money, aggravation and grief and go elsewhere. Horrible experience.

I wanted to like this place so bad. It was local and they were hosting a Grateful Dead tribute band. Needless to say, the service was lacks-a-dazeeeeakle. They could care less that my family and I were there. We were at a table and had to go up to the bar to get our drinks and food while there were 4 server/bartenders running around in at 20% full establishment.Had a grand ol time with the music and drinks just to get our bull with multiple things overcharged. I paid, but luckily my wife noticed that they were charging $2-$3 above the listed price.Bartender fixed it but had zero apologies to give. Seems to be how things probably go and hope an asshole like me doesn't call them out.Keep listening to the dead as long as it's not here... Sucks because there is nothing cool to do in Strongsville

If i could give less than one star i would. I made reservations for the all you can eat crab legs a month in advance. What happens when we show up? All of a sudden the reservation doesnt show up and we are told that tables have already walked out. So did we. Do not go here under any circumstances.

Grouchy service, mediocre food.Came in on a Sunday late afternoon during playoff football. Sat right down at the bar, but took forever to get a drink. 2 or 3 bartenders, none very attentive and no one smiling or acting like they're happy to be here.Eventually ordered a burger and fries. The burger was decent, but the fries were cold to the touch. They took them back and after about 10 minutes (burger was gone), the fries returned. They were hot, bit not crisp. As if they just put them in the microwave to warm them up. Not good.On a positive note, tall Coors lights were on happy hour until 7, so $3 beers earned the 2nd star.

lol give em a three because they were friendly and like most places now a days understaffed. That being said we didn't wait long for food but weren't attended to very much. And we were at the bar. Wife had the Manner burger and wasn't impressed. She got a baked potato and was served liquified butter with it. I had a Cobb salad which was good. Missed part of my order but life goes on. Ok enough with the bad...the good----the wings (Nashville Hot and Golden tangy) were REALLY good and on special for $10 a dozen??? IDEAL! Also prices here are super reasonable.

Wished we had read the reviews on AYCE crab legs before we went last night. Crab legs were very small and they gave us a two hour window to eat them. After we waited for over a half hour to get more legs we left. Ashley kept telling us that our order was coming out but nothing, we saw the people behind us getting two orders at a time! We got the bill and saw 8% tax fee, and they already added the 20% tip on our bill! Never again

Save your time and money. I couldn't be more disappointed. We went for the all you can eat crab legs on Friday night. The crab legs were soggy. We were served one basket in 2 hrs and 15 min. Food service was slow. Bar service was slow. The place was half empty and there were tables of people getting up and walking out not served.

Tonight we came to see our niece play with her band for The School Of Rock. Our experience was absolutely awful. The place was crowded, which was to be expected. We were there not even 5 minutes before a bartender rudely pushed passed my 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER cussing about her being in the way. (we had just got to the table and we were trying to get situated and sat down)I was blatantly ignored for over 15 minutes waiting to just ORDER drinks at the bar. There was one specific female bartender yelling at people left and right. Instead of just saying excuse me. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Hire kinder staff members. They should NOT be in the service industry.

Michelle!!!! Just not your friendliest person and was quite pushy. I came for my birthday and the band and will never come back. She was very rude and actually pushed my friend in the back ....never said excused me. On the flip side -the bearded young man was simply awesome. Remember our drinks and came around often to see if we needed anything. AND-the bills were correct. He deserves a raise or a bonus.
