Four for lunch on Wednesday, 2:00 or so, not busy but a few tables occupied.Our server was friendly and efficient and meals did not take too long to arrive.The HH burger was OK, over cooked but a generous serving of fries, comes with chips. My wife had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was a great size breast, not a pressed patty, it was cooked perfect and the sauce was excellent. She asked and the sauce is made there. She loved her lunch!Another had the walleye basket, she said it was very good and the other had perch and perogi. She love the perch, it is lake Erie perch, the perogis however were completely disappointing. Deep fried....? Raw or slightly cooked onions, they had an odd sweet flavor. We are all use to old fashioned homemade perogis. These were not close.Wife and I stop her often for drinks, usually come by boat, love the outdoor bar and the dockside atmosphere.Apps and drinks with river front seating is a great way to spend an afternoon.

We googled walleye near Huron and this place popped up, we decided to stop for a quick early dinner on the way home from cedar point, my husband got the walleye basket and I got the perch, the perch was eh and portion was very small. However his walleye was fantastic! My daughter got the pulled pork Mac and cheese it was a large portion, she enjoyed it. Only downside is that once our food was dropped we didn't see the waitress again for a long time, no refills and we were done eating for a while before we got our check. Other than that the ambience by the water was nice!

Visited this establishment specifically to see a band on their patio. The patio is first come, first serve so you need to scope out tables when it's busy. They have two outside bars which made it a little nicer to have a drink while waiting for a table. Once we grabbed a table, a server came over to take drink orders, give us menus, and somewhat cleared off the dirty table. We ordered Walleye Bites and Walleye Tacos. I ordered the Orange Crush off the drink menu for something different & new. The drink was delicious, but overpriced. The food was really good! I would definitely come back for both items we had on the menu. The band was fun and the patio was full all night. We didn't sit right on the water but the tables along the lake have great views. A good place for a date, dinner with family, or a night out to see a band on their patio. I'd definitely come back. Yes, it's overpriced but it's also on the water.

Great little waterfront view, fresh fish snd a great cocktail menu. Whether you choose to walk, drive or idle up in your boat you will be happy to relax. We ordered heavy appetizers, hot fresh and perfect for sitting on the patio. The walleye bites were fantastic, simple and the tartar was just as good, extra pickle! The tacos were a good size and filling. Simple review, you can't go wrong with a deck over looking the water. Whether you are looking for family friendly or a girls night out head yo the harbor house. Okay

The atmosphere of the outdoor deck was awesome, with boats moored next to our table. My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy and it was very hard to get confirmation on what foods she could actually order. The waitress tried her best, but seemed like no one was knowledgeable enough about the menu (not even the cooks). One of the waitresses definitely went above and beyond to assist us. But our order was taken and a little while later the waitress is came up and basically said ordering the salad was her only option and that what she ordered would not work after being told that it would. That was very disappointing. Then in the middle of ordering her salad, my meal is brought to me. Our meals should've been brought out to us together, even if it meant re-cooking mine due to the inconvenience. It was very disappointing not eating with my wife. I would've given them three stars if our dinner was brought to us at the same time.I got the perch and pierogi dinner, the perch was very good and perfectly cooked m. the pierogi's were deep fried and they were hard crispy and dry. I expected the pierogies to be soft and sautéed on the grill not hard, crispy and dry cooked in grease. This has to be the lowest rating i have ever given a Restaurant. The only reason why they got two stars, was because of the outdoor seating, the perch, and the one waitress that really tried her best to help out.

First time at this restaurant and I 100% will never come back, they don't have a host, so good luck finding a table without getting cut by random people walking all over the place, food is over priced and bland and soggy or dry, I ordered the ahi tuna b.l.a.t, it came out if some dry white bread, two pieces of tuna, and a bunch of lettuce, with no avocado, it was so dry and flavorless there was no way I was going to eat it especially for 20$I asked the waitress to replace it... it took 40 minutes to get the tacos instead, and guess what? She charged me for both because I ate the fries while waiting at my table with everyone else eating around me. Strange? I have worked in restaurants on and off for years, never have I ever had an experience like this, as a customer, or god forgive as the poor waitress who had to take all the blame for the "manager" who gave her the short end of the stick and risked her tip by not handling the situation properly. Food not good, service iffy, never going back. Thanks for letting us add this to our "never again" list!!!!

Lunch on Friday was at Harbor House Bar & Grill in Huron. The food was decent, waitress was good but took forever to get our food and bill.

Update: 5 hours later I got food poisoning. I don't have any allergies.We walked into the restaurant and it said to seat yourself. We sat at a table for 25 mins and we didn't get any service. Servers walked by us numerous times and did nothing. Didn't even ask if we had been helped. So we got up and moved to the bar. The bartender took her sweet time so by the time we got menus, it had been 35 mins. I got bang bang shrimp with fries and coleslaw as my main and pierogis as my appetizer. My boyfriend got their raspberry jalapeño poppers burger as his main and soft pretzels as his appetizer. Everything sounded great on paper. We were excited and really hungry. Took forever to get to order. Food was worse than frozen food. I'm pretty sure they served us frozen food. The bang bang shrimp was barely drizzled with a sauce that was supposed to be spicy Mayo but instead tasted like Buffalo sauce. I had to get more sauce on the side. It was so bad I couldn't finish my plate. The coleslaw tasted so bad and I like coleslaw typically! The fries were decent. The pierogis were lukewarm and decent. Came with lukewarm grilled onions and sliced sausage. Edible but I could have gotten something better at Walmart's frozen aisle. The burger was overpowered by raspberry sauce and the jalapeños were not spicy at all and had no flavor. The cream cheese was bland. The patties were dry and overcooked. The pretzels were soft and decent but they served it with weak honey mustard. Was expecting stadium/stone ground mustard. The dipping cheese was the gross nacho cheese. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Had lunch here recently. It took quite awhile to get a server over to greet us! Placed our drink order and reviewed the menu! I ordered the steak and poblano tacos with a side of onion rings. My wife ordered the mussels! Both were good but neither was great! The steak was very chewy and lacked much flavor and was interesting that the meat was hot and the corn and beans were cold! The onion rings were good! It took awhile to get the waitress to bring our check!

Food and ambiance was awesome! Right on the canal out to the lake. Went twice while visiting the lake. Had a great band Saturday night!
