Guy's Party Center

So much fun here! Attended a fundraiser for a local animal shelter, and will say, that my expectations were exceeded. First time at this party center and had a blast. The food was exceptional! Bartenders were efficient and friendly. Very spacious ballroom area. I didn't feel like I was too close to another table. Great sound system too. I could hear the main speaker and band clearly, and I was in the back of the ballroom.

Beautiful venue. Excellent food. Service is fabulous. People are terrific. Held wedding reception there 5 years ago and went to event there last night. The place still looks new. Check this place out!

Wonderful from start to finish. Wedding reception in the south ballroom, beautiful. Food was delicious, everyone raved about the food! Event space was simply wonderful, bartender spot on. Highly recommend...even if your guests have to travel, it's worth it. The champagne toast was a bonus. Cannot say enough good things...!!!

We just attended a wedding at Guys and it was without a doubt the best "wedding food" ever! Seriously, the proteins were rocking, the tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the fish...made my knees weak! The chicken was tender and flavorful. Don't even get me started on the pierogies and sausage. Seriously, y'all knocked it out of the park.The place looked perfect for a December wedding too...gold and glitzy with splashes of red.

Beautiful space. Went tonight for a company Christmas party. The bar was offering Thirsty Dog Christmas ale and I asked if they could do a cinnamon sugar rim but they didn't. A few moments later, they told me someone ran to Giant Eagle for cinnamon sugar!! I couldn't believe the lengths they went to serve me what I asked for! :)

Superb service and food! This is THE best venue year after year for our annual meeting for about 200 people. The staff is always extremely accommodating of my multiple food allergies and helps with a smile! My chicken-k-bob over rice was artistically plated and colorful. Plenty of easy parking, handicap accessible, big dance floor, and much more. The Christmas decorations were lovely as well!

My daughters wedding reception was held at Guy's this past April (2012). As the MOB, I was extreemly pleased with ALL aspects of the services we (and our 140 guests) received. The price was comptetitive to other venues in the area. The Center Ballroom was beautifully decorated, the staff was well groomed, professional and catered to our every request and need. The food was outstanding! The chicken was well seasoned and juicy, fish was flaky and not overcooked, sausage and peppers in addition to 6 more dishes were delicious and not your typical bland, cold, wedding buffet food. Guy's really managed to impress and exceed all of our expectations, as well as those of our guests (we received compliment after compliment on how wonderful everything was, especially the food). Our entire experience from planning the reception with the office and support staff to being able to relax and enjoy the event, knowing Guy's had everythng under control, made my daughters wedding reception an event where I couldn't have asked more for her and her new husband. Don't hesitate to book your event at Guy's!

I had my wife's birthday party at Guy's and it could not have went any better. The staff was thorough and very professional. The food and drinks were top notch. If you are looking to have an event in the Akron area then I would recommend Guy's Party Center.

My best friend's parents booked a room for their anniversary celebration..I hadn't been to Guy's in a very long time and was apprehensive, I thought it would be old and run down.....boy was I wrong!! The decor was elegant and you could tell a wedding reception had probably occurred the night before, but nothing wrong with that. The food was AMAZING!! Way better than your typical buffet food. If I were to ever get a life and have a reason to celebrate something, I would definitely consider Guy's.

We just had our wedding in the South Ballroom on August 24th, and not only was everything set up even better than I could imagine, but the food was phenomenal! We have had many complements and Guy's went out of their way to accommodate us with meeting times, as we are from Columbus. Thank you for a great party and experience!
