Second time Ordered dinner online for carryout. Easy and loved the detailed ordering experience. Real convenient as easy. Placed order online and at the quoted time drove over, went in, gave my last name, was handed a bag and left. It was so easy.I had the Steak Grinder ($10.15) on Wheat + add grilled mushrooms (+.50). It had black angus steak, melted provolone, lettuce, onions, hot peppers, mayo and Italian dressing (no tomato). Only complaint is that the grilled mushrooms were not grilled, just liked they opened up a can and put them thru the oven. Other than that, an amazing and delicious sandwich. Next time I'll pass on the mushrooms.My partner had the Original Easter, their signature grinder, on wheat, with capicola, ham, hard salami, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers, mayo and Italian dressing. His Mom went with the Chicken Salad on a croissant. Both times I have eaten here over three years apart the food and experience was good.

Nice and clean. Looks like a newer location. Our server was "beyond" attentive. She knew the menu well and asked multiple times how our food was tasting. While it wasn't packed, it was busy enough and nice to see her attend to everyone. Menu has a lot of selections. I had remembered Grinders and more of a sandwich type location, but I was pleased to see lots of choices.Food was well prepared and plentiful enough for us. I had the Chicken Tender sub, and my son had the club. A no no to me always is the up charge for fries or chips. 2.99 upcharge is a bit excessive. If we were in town again, we would go there and try something new.

This place has a spinach salad with hot bacon dressing that you should try. My open faced roast beef was mighty tasty I must say!Our server Mackenzie was absolutely delightful and steered us to some good choices from the menu. Good service is key to customer satisfaction and Mackenzie is sending us away quite satisfied! Thanks!

Grinders Location in Louisville is hit or miss. 1 out of every 3 orders we get are incorrect. We order from them at least 1x per week. There soups and sides used to TASTE HOMEMADE. THEY NO LONGER DO. Their grinder sandwiches are still good, but when it comes to leaving items off; i.e. onions, ketchup they are really bad at not following through. Even if you preface with I'M ALLERGIC! Used to be Great, now just Meh.

Never ordered from this one before, I always ordered from the store on Whipple but this was closer. This place has never, ever served anything that wasn't delicious. Never go wrong here I ordered a grinder and the key west salad. That salad is amazing.

To avoid the Valentines crowd we decided the night before to celebrate our love- ordered steak came back "out of steak " 6pm // I ordered their Paloma drink- terrible couldn't finish it- got their happy hour special ok- Monterey Chicken was very average at best spouse ordered beer battered fish - one plank ok the other plank was old brown gravy with his garlic mashed potatoes- waitress was very friendly but didn't know menu and drinks

The food has been good. I believe since COVID they have reduced the menu a little. Service has been good and friendly.

Service is always good. Food is always good, hot nice portion ect. They are always cleaning which is nice & the restroom is always clean. We have eaten here many times. Never disappointed.

Servers are rude and ugly once a upstanding institution turned into a Pitt of disrespect and cold food! Please avoid at all cost a year ago I would've recommended but now steer clear!
