Honestly since moving from Houston this has become one of my favorite spots. The bartender/ mixologist are absolutely amazing! Reminds me of home making some of the best margaritas I have had since Texas!

Great service and bourbon selection. Enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely come here again.

Downtown Wooster has another gem! "Moving In" the Grigio Wine & Cocktail Bar. Conveniently located next to the St. Paul Hotel. We were greeted by the owner, the very hospitable Natalie Gray. She led us through their beautifully appointed interior out to the comfortable patio. Capture This Entertainment was on the patio drawing caricatures of adorable pets. They finished the afternoon drawing my daughter in her tutu, a ballet Company dancer for Wayne Center Of The Arts. The lovely Laura served me a beautifully handcrafted cocktail and my daughter a non alcoholic version of the same drink. It was the perfect afternoon to sit outside and enjoy a drink and charcuterie board. Thank you Natalie, Laura and the rest of your establishment for a lovely first visit. We will be back soon. Love this place! Unique cocktails, excellent wine list, and yummy apps. Can't wait until they start their dinner menu, which I hear is coming soon. The cozy little patio in back is perfect for a warm afternoon cocktail. If you don't see something you like on the menu, the amazing bar tenders will craft something unique! Exceptionally excellent service!

Went here with some friends and had a great experience! The drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere of this bar was very cool. I loved the sitting area with lots of couches and chairs. Nice, roomy, clean bathroom in the basement. Kind, helpful, and informative staff. Affordable, as 3 drinks were $27. Would definitely go back!

I have never in my 30+ years of working in the restaurant business have I ever had to deal with this much incompetency, lack of care and the poorest customer service ever!!!! This owner runs her business like it is a hobby in San Francisco. This is Wooster Ohio. Wooster prices should apply.I was trying to plan our 40 reunion at Grigio's banquet room (really way too small for $900 for 4 hours). The communication with the owner was non-existent. She did not answer my calls. When she said they would call me back or have someone call me that never happened. When she said I would get an email from her that also did not happen when she said it would. It was 4 days prior to our event and the bar menu was still not settled. They wanted us to bring our own liquor and they would pour it and wanted to charge $4.00 per drink just for mixer. This was on top of their $50 and hour for the bartender we had to have. Let me help you understand this. I can get 4 rum and coke out of a can of coke so that means that can of coke just cost $16.00!!!! They wanted to charge a buck for canned beverages so this makes no sense to me. So, I tried to just do wine and beer. The owner told me in an very late email (she told me not to call her on the phone) "if any outside liquor was present at her establishment that she would cancel our event and send everyone home". Wow, that is so nice to hear from someone you are trying to do business with. If you are planning an event of any kind PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE. Do not waist your time and money on this place that is in run like it is someone's hobby. On a good note, The Knights of Columbus in Wooster were able to help us out 3 days prion to our reunion. Just let me tell you it take way longer to get a venue then 3 days but they came though for us. It was a quick shuffle but it happened and it was an awesome venue for HALF the cost and you can bring what ever you want to drink and eat there and not get nickel and dimed to death. One cost covered everything. We had a blast there.Grigio's is someone's hobby. Not run like a business. Do NOT us them for any events......period. Unless you have a lot of money to burn and don't care how you get treated. There and many other choices in Wooster to use. I suggest calling the Knights of Columbus for your next event in Wooster.

I loved this place. The ambiance was great in an old historic building. There are places to sit or lounge. Bartenders were great with a true knowledge of their trade. Able to make suggestions on your likes or mix what you want. I had a Cleveland Jet which was amazing. Also had a cherry old fashioned (sweetened with cherry juice). A little too sweet for me, but good. They have a great selection of numerous whiskies. Yes, prices are expensive, but know that going into it. They are not hiding it. You are not there to get a Jack & Coke.

I watched the employees as greeted all the people that came in , but not one employee looked at or spoke to me until I waved them down with dramatic wavings of the hands .the wine here is good , but the snobby service isn't worth the bother. If you're looking for a welcoming place to hang , don't count this place as an option . You're much better off going to mariola , broken rocks or city square downtown . I have never been impressed or even satisfied with the service at Grigio even though I've spent hundred of dollars here . they're you're typical biased business who caters to some and shuns others . petty is the best description I can find to qualify their attitudes.

First time going here as we are from out of town. Service was extremely lethargic. Over 40 mins, seated, before someone came to our table. The four of us had ONLY (1)one round of drinks...1 Mexican mule2 buffalo trace/sprite3 Long Island iced tea4 rum/cokeTotal = OVER 60 dollars. Are we kidding?!?!?!?! Who the hell could afford a second round??? Pathetic.
