Great little hole in the wall breakfast joint. Place was packed on a Tuesday morning but the server and the cook hustled their butts off to make sure everyone was seated and served promptly.I had the breakfast burrito and it was fantastic, wife and a veggie omelette that was quite good and we split a stack of hubcaps, no sorry PANCAKES, that were absolutely amazing and huge.Been wanting to try them for a while, glad we did. We'll be back.

I'm visiting from out of state. My family lives here in Medina. They wanted to try Griddles, since they like the name. Walked in, there were only 2 tables open, and we were immediately greeted and told we could sit at either open table.The server came to our table within 3 minutes. We placed our order quickly and the food arrived very quickly. We all enjoyed our food and we are happy to have found this breakfast spot. Since I read the 'bad' reviews before I go into a restaurant, I was purposely observing everyone and everything about Griddles. We noticed the servers taking time to help and chat with the patrons. No patron was left unattended. In fact, quite the opposite. we saw the servers being kind and helpful to the guests above and beyond what I see anywhere else, including helping a patron in a wheelchair, put a jacket on with such a smile and friendly service. The patron went outside and had left their jacket inside, and we saw her carry it out and run up to him and help him put his second jacket on. I had noticed all of the bad reviews seem to be a year or two old. I mentioned it to our server, Nicole, and she admitted that it was a rough start for the business, which opened in the pandemic, and was very busy. Pam, the owner, Had never run or opened a restaurant before, and the same was true for the servers. I feel they now have the experience and knowledge and are running the restaurant smoothly. If any body was ever disappointed, they should come back and give them another try. We believe it will be well worth it.Thank you, Pam, your "Pamcakes" are delicious!My family that lives in Medina. will definitely be coming back. I look forward to it when I return as well.

Always wanted to try this restaurant and finally had the opportunity to try it after church last week. I made a mistake when adding the tip and didn't realize it until I got home, but by then they were closed. Given they took advantage of my error and I don't like powdered eggs, we won't be returning.

Great place!!! Wonderful for breakfast!!! Good service and we got our meals quite quickly considering it was quite busy on a Saturday morning!!! Nice menu with lots of variety!! The omelets are good, and we enjoyed the oatmeal with a creme brûlée topping! There's also a lunch menu!!!Saw this restaurant on Fox8 New Day Cleveland!!! Excellent!!!

I was so impressed with this happy little place! From the moment we walked in, the positivity here was tangible. The food was really good, and the staff were warm & friendly. Even the other customers were happy campers. To top it off, we watched an employee help an elderly customer to his car, which the employee had pulled up to the door for him and then clear the snow off his car. It was so heartwarming! Thanks for the feels!

The food was fine, typical diner fare which was exactly what I was looking for. However, I overheard one of the servers, a young man, mocking me to the cook in the back for my appearance and being trans. Needless to say, I felt pretty humiliated and I will not be returning in the future.

The food is good, and the prices right. However, they have kids, some like 7 yrs old, taking orders and seating people. It's absurd. No one wants kids taking care of them.
