Ordered War Su Gai (among other items) door dash. They forgot to include the gravy which is a huge part of the dish. An employee drove out the gravy after a phone call - which was at least a 15 minute drive for a Saturday night. Impressive service. Btw WSG is average - just deep fried tenders and not authentically what War Suu Gui should be, but giving 5 stars for the service. :)

Ordered for the first time from here the other day. It was easy to order over the phone for carryout. The food was ready at the specified time. None of the staff were wearing masks which is a little concerning; however, there was plastic barriers up between guests and staff. I ordered the Hunan beef and it was delicious. The lunch special also came with wonton soup. The beef was spicy and came with rice. The wonton soup tasted like every other wonton soup I have had. I would have given four stars if the staff had on masks and the food was a little better. Overall for $5.50 for a lunch special it is a great value.

Excellent menu. Excellent quality of food. Always cooked fast and fresh. Great delivery service. I would recommend them definitely.

We tried this place for the first time and we were really happy with the food and the prices are great! The workers in the back were not wearing masks, but maybe they are all family.. I don't know. But the guy giving you your food did wear a mask. We used their app to order online - it is a super easy app to use!!! They have some tables blocking the way into the restaurant so you have to wait outside until it is your turn to go into the foyer and you tell the guy your phone number and he goes to the back to get your order.I asked for spicy but it could've been spicier. A nice woman ahead of me in line asked for Hot Oil - and she explained that it is a free condiment that you can ask for and it will spice up your food if needed - I'll ask for that the next time. The food was good and we will be back - but not on a really cold day because the line outside was long and it took a while for them to move the line!

They got our order wrong and when we called to let them know, she denied it and hung up on us. Chicken was stringy and tough. Never ordering anything from them again (not the first time we were so disappointed)!

Food tastes great!! Portion size is huge especially for the price. Forgot my soy sauce but that's okay didn't really need it with the flavor from the combo. Highly recommend

Decent food but the owner or guy answering the phones is a real jerk. Once asked for extra duck sauce/hot mustard and got charged extra, fine. The next time, didn't get any sauce. The next time, asked for the "normal amount" of sauce in the DoorDash notes, and got charged $5 extra! Called them asking why and this guy basically said take it up with DoorDash. Not sure I'll return if that's the kind of service we receive.

Green Lakes has been our go to Chinese take out for years. Favorites are D1 Chicken with mixed vegetables Dieter's special (sauce on the side), H8 Hunan chicken, Chicken or beef with broccoli, 38 Pork chow Mei fun and C6 Boneless spare ribs combination plate. Wonton soup and steamed dumplings are good options too. Portions are generous with a good amount of meat. We generally have leftovers, which makes the value even better. Don't forget to get your free items as noted on the menu. Keep in mind, it's take out food, not fine sit down dining.

When i called i was told to wait and the phone was set down. The man and the woman running the place screamed at each other for 2 straight minutes. It was awesome. Then i ordered. Very mean and very scary. Didn't ask for a name, number, and wasn't given a total. Sent my wife to get the food. Shit ended up being like $9. Crazy. Food was fantastic too. Huge portions!Idc if these people treat me like shit. They can take me out back and slap me around a little for all i care. Spit on me too, whatever! Just keep making that good shit cause i be about it :)))
