Great Wall

I ordered from the parking lot due to Covid. When I picked up my order, I was the only one wearing a mask. The cook, cashier, and small boy on a computer in the dining room did not have masks. My food was okay, but the egg roll was rather cold and tasteless; the fried rice was flavorless and yellow in color which I had never seen before in my years of eating Chinese food. I expected my entree to be steaming hot, but it was only warm. I didn't have to travel to pick up my meal in that I was in the parking lot. Why is it so difficult to receive hot food?

They were 2hrs late, food was soggy and i will never order again. I been going here for years and they just changed owners and it all went down hill. Horrible!!!!

The food was 18 minutes late after we ordered at the restaurant and rice had no flavor also egg roll had no flavor and the orange chicken was way to spicy.

Ordered delivery tonight as we were too tired to go out after work. The Sesame Chicken was just not good. It tasted like ketchup. My son had General Tso's his wasn't bad but not spectacular by any means.Caveat Emptor.........

First time ordering thru Beyond Menu last night. It was delivered hot. I ordered Seseame Chicken w extra white and veggie fried rice. It was decent and I was starving. I didn't eat it all as I had gotten the chef's special and there was allot. So this afternoon I reheated some of it and when I cut into a piece it was really dark, cut into another same thing... really dark. I thought it was pork. So I called up and was told it was dark meat chicken, they only use dark meat chicken. I asked why they charged so much then.. $9.50 for dark meat is a rip off. Never again!!!

Wanted to try some different Chinese take out and that turned out to be a mistake. Hot and sour soup was good but that's where the good ended, sweet and sour chicken was mushy and had a dark color to it as if it was burnt but may have been dirt old oil not sure. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like ketchup and was disgusting, and the egg rolls would have been good they had great taste just again they were soft and mushy. Guess we will keep going to our regular take out spot.

Menu has been expanded greatly, recently. Was so happy to find Mongolian beef as an option that didn't require ordering it in quart size. Specified it to be extra spicy, and well, we all know I've yet to have that happen at any restaurant. Crab rangoon is amongst the best in the area still.Food is still very good, and the delivery still takes about an hour. Prices are still quite cheap, compared to their competition.

I am a flight attendant so I get the chance to try Chinese delivery from all over the country, and have been disappointed in many a place, especially recently. So when I ordered from Great Wall I felt compelled to share my great experience!! I was SO impressed with their food. I'm a big fan of Singapore Rice Noodles, and these may have been the best I ever had. They made them extra spicy for me. Their orange chicken also had a yummy tang to it. And their egg rolls soooo good, as well as wonton/egg drop soup. I may order from here on every Cleveland layover. And they went the extra mile and delivered it directly to my hotel room (as delivery services rarely do). Also their lunch specials are super cheap!! Seriously, highly recommend.

Great staff great food and very quiet and relaxing....will definitely be back here again for Chinese

Normally this would be min 3 stars since I generally enjoy their food - I know what quality to expect when getting food this inexpensively. However today I ordered shrimp fried rice and nearly all of the shrimp still had "turds" in them .. gross .. into the trash it went .. hardly money well spent no matter how inexpensive it was.On a side note when I tried to eat it after discarding the shrimp all I could taste the assertiveness of raw white onion. The pieces were huge and not cooked at all. My eyes were beginning to water.
