Grape Leaf Express

I like the Holland location better. My steak bites were a bit overcooked. Service was great though and environment was clean.

We got takeout shawarma, shish kebab and falafel. It was hot and fresh. The falafel was absolutely amazing as well as the shawarma. The shish kebab was just ok. It was well packed and prepared with care.

Food is flavorful but this business isn't run like the Grapeleaf Diner in Holland. I ordered fattoush and it was all lettuce with some pita chips thrown on top. Definitely not fattoush. When I called the person was utterly unhelpful. Said she "didn't make it so she doesn't know". And left it at that. If you want a decent order prepared correctly get it from the original in Holland. This is the second time the express on Monroe messed up my order so I won't be going back.

Had the gyro and side salad. This place has great gyros. My only complaint is the pita was a little tired. I know they can get that way if they sit out for even 20 minutes, but this one was on the brink of being too far gone. I wish they would have made the decision to use a different one, but the sandwich was still great. The side salad has the house dressing. It's wonderful. Garlicky and salty with hints of lemon and not too much olive oil. Very light and fresh. Really nice alternative to the typical fries.Service was pretty quick, and the place is clean. Very nice.

This was my first time eating here. We chose to eat inside, the food was alright, I was disappointed with the sauce on the Gyro, it wasn't tzatziki sauce. The restaurant inside was really nicely decorated, but they need to do better housekeeping, it was pretty dirty. If I eat there again I would probably just get takeout. But I'll probably just try a different place instead next time. Oh and they added a $3.15 "Non cash adjustment charge " to the bill, Idk what that means, but it was shady.

This place was average at best. Food had little to no taste. My chicken was dry and flavorless. I would have given it three stars but they messed up my order. Don't think I'll be going back here anytime soon.

Great food and service today! The restaurant is clean and the food was plentiful. The seating is great for private conversations as well.

First time trying!! The food was excellent! I had the chicken shawarma and lentil soup!!! I'm from out of town and like to try different things! Service was different eating sit down had to do everything myself that was the only thing I didn't care for!

Good food every time Always my go to for lunch on busy days. Service is good! Food is fast. They make it convenient that you can order before opening so you can just pick up fast before rush hr. Only thing I wish was different is that they offered drinks for pickup
