From what I heard, this grocery is the majn source all the local Asian restaurants rely on. I specifically was looking for roast duck and roast pork to go and found it in the back of the store by the seafood section. Keep in mind they do not sell half ducks anymore so you will have to buy a full duck! They not only had what I was looking for, there were charsui (bbq pork), chicken and some innards there. In addition, they have the expected Asian grocery options (bean sprouts, bok choy, pea leaves, lemongrass, gai lan, etc) and miscellaneous kitchen items like rice cookers, oriental knick knacks and items not normally found in your typical grocery store. Good find.

This is a pretty good Asian grocery and to go to with my parents quite often. The prices are very good and their fresh made pastries/buns are quite tasty! Their buns are $.79 a piece and they're pretty big, so I think it's a great deal. My parents like their fresh veggies and fruits and their pork and whole fish. My mom is obsessed with fish! Lol Their BBQ pork and roast duck is pretty good too. Chopped up for you to order. The store is on the small side, so the aisles can be a bit cramped and the checkout area can get crowded. The parking lot is pretty small too, so watch out for other crazy Asian drivers!

When it comes to the long strips of "barbecue" pork you can get and have chopped up, this place is consistently last compared to Asia Food Co and Park to Shop (#1). I've tried it multiple times and it is always oddly shaded on the inside not with pink but gray and has an off slight flavor to it (three attempts on different weeks!). Avoid.

I am an Ohio native, but I love to eat and cook a wide variety of foods from all over the world. When I need any special ingredients or equipment for my asian dishes this is the first and last place I go.Good Harvest is exactly what it is. It's a true bounty, with a huge selection. To make it even better, their prices are below any other grocery store. There are tons of unique soft drinks, baked goods, frozen foods and fresh produce of all types and colors. The meat counter along the back can look intimidating, but they are glad to get you what you need. Don't be scared, but lots of things still have the heads and/or feet attached. I really like that they sell porkbelly (with the rind) in reasonable sizes at prices way below the English speaking markets. Fish, duck, pork, chicken and beef can all be had in lots cuts you will not find anywhere else. They have a huge aisle with more bean pastes, and dry spices/herbs than you will find on just 2ft of shelf space in any other store. In the 'other half' of the store they also have a great selection of non-food items, plus an extensive selection of noodles and rice. You can get a REAL wok and all the cool utensils you need like the big spoon/ladle (hoak), plus huge chopsticks for cooking and serving. There are awesome tea sets and porcelain bowls, bath items, etc.It the real deal.

I debated going with 1 or 2 stars but the lobster is really, really cheap.I came here for the extremely cheap live lobster and found success. It's less than half the price of the frozen lobster at West Side Market. They also have a great barbecue/rotisserie prepared food offer that looked delicious. The store is... well, I have never seen anything like this in the U.S. There is the horrible stench of rotting food, buckets of meat sitting on the floor at room temperature (which is likely the source of the stench) and open air coolers that are clearly not keeping food refrigerated.I would most likely not buy anything that required refrigeration here. I was extremely happy to get back outside and away from the smell.

I have never been so angry at a grocery store. The pork products are still good with fair prices, but the customer service at the front is horrendous. The lady actually was scolding and semi yelling at me because I wanted to come back and pay at seven because if the pastry deal (it was 630). I've done this countless times but this time one woman made a huge deal. I've done this before in front of the boss and it was ok. It was so disrespectful how they treated me. I'm also lucky I spoke Cantonese, I can't imagine how that would have turned out if I only spoke English. I am truly disappointed with this place today.

You don't want to park here. Park on a side street and walk. The parking lot is the width of a grain of rice, and just as long. Someone will hit your car, and they won't care. In contrast to Asia Food Co., Good Harvest is nearly impossibly crowded and cramped. The aisles are just large enough for one, and quite often, you're trying to pass two. There are quite a few specialty foods which make it a worthwhile trip, if you're looking for things that are authentically Asian. It's -- for me -- a once-a-year store that I psyche myself up for a day or two ahead of time so that when I enter, I get in, and get out.

Nice grocery store in Asian Town Cleveland. It is small store and crowded aisles but they have a lot. Nice selection of canned and packaged goods.Be sure to check out the noodle room and the household goods. They have good prices. The parking lot is small so you may have to park on the street.
