Golden Mountain Restaurant

We haven't eaten here in a few years for no particular reason, we just haven't. We went for lunch. The menus has been downsized and looks more manageable for the back of the house. We were able to turn 2 main courses into combo platters. The wonton soup and the egg rolls were excellent. Who doesn't love crab rangoon! We shared the entrees and each one was delicious. We're glad we went back to The Golden Mountain. Lunch again next week! JB.

Response next day on google: No i didnt, i arrived like 10 mins before close and i clearly said i called in order lol. I dont have kids lmao bc earth is trash lol. I dont have friends lol. Order was wrong. Food was ok but poor handling bc i caught a little bug directly after eating what i DIDNT order. Its was like brussle sprouts & shrimp gross. I wanted shrimp lo mein. The mixed veg was good though. Price good. Packaging usual. No forks or napkins. Made decently quick. Nxt time ima just eat toxic food from mcdonalds. All the other food places round here look weak

Haven't been to this place in well over 10 years. Arrived to pick carry out and should have just left based on the cleanliness.Rotten carrot was in our soup. War Sue Gai breading was gummy and tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken has nothing other than deep fried bites of chicken (no veggies) and a thick bright pink sauce. We threw it all out and considered the expense a donation.

The is my me and my wife's favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. I'm very picky on pork fried rice, and this place nails it. I have tried a ton of different Chinese restaurants and this is the best and most consistent. Pick up is always easy with minimal wait times.

Only good thing about it was there was parking right out front, This place is not what it was several years ago and we will not be coming back.

Many of us went to eat in the restaurant, the waiter was very friendly, the portions were large, the prices were very reasonable, the meal was delicious, and we will be back.

Solid lunch spot the egg roll were awesome and sweet and sour sauce homemade was almost as good as Dragon Gate.

I ordered the Hunan Beef via DoorDash with a couple egg rolls. Attention to detail was amazing, ordered it mild and it wasn't too spicy but still had the zing from the sauce. Egg rolls were delicious. And you guys included a soda for free that I didn't order! Very satisfied with my order and will continue to order from here.

I grew up coming here regularly and have since moved further away. Was in the area and decided to give it a try. It used to be fantastic but was by far the worst chinese food I've had in a long time. Shrimp chips stale, rubbery dumplings in soup. The potstickers used to be thin, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Now they're fried and not at all what they used to be. Quality of food was questionable at best. The restaurant is half closed down with dimly lit lights, no music. It was a far cry from its former past. Saddened to say we will not be back.

Great food. Have ordered takeout from here often. Food is ready and hot. Family dinners are plentiful for big appetites.
