This place is the bomb. From the outside, it doesn't look special. From the inside, it looks like a dive. It was probably super nice in 1970 when they last remodeled it. So why do I like this place? The food and the service. My wife knows if we are in the area, we are picking up. They've always been polite and friendly, and the same server has always been there. She even remember my order, though it's easier when your pal steps on their foot.I definitely recommend the Fancy Tofu, a little crispy. I'm not a big tofu guy, but it's great. A nice serving size and a great price.

Looking for a Chinese restaurant we landed here. After eating food, I was surprised to see why they would not be rated 5 stars. Hot and Sour soup was awesome. It had a little bit of sweetness to the soup. Everything we got was outstanding. Customer service is top notch. Stop by try them and you will know what I mean!

The owner was nice however the new employees are rude. They lied and said the egg drop soup in not with the lunch menu anymore when I asked where it was when they forgot to include it. However another person I know that ordered the same day said it was included with theirs so they employees are lying. After a few decades or ordering here about every week, I am not going to the Golden Dragon anymore.

Came across this seemingly a good Chinese restaurant on our way to Ohio. The service was friendly, but unfortunately the food was not good at all. The hot and sour soup was way too sweet to the point that it was inedible. The portion was generous but quality was not there. The food was overly greasy with no flavor. The location was a little run down. Not recommened.

Golden Dragon is one of the best Chinese places I've ever been to. I went there quite a lot growing up and I've moved out of state but I still like to eat there whenever I'm in town. The egg drop soup is great, and I love the General Tso's Chicken and the Boneless Almond Chicken. I miss the old recipe they had for General Tso's when it wasn't so saucy, but it's still better than what I get in most places. The fried rice has a ton of flavor. Most Chinese places I've been just fry plain rice with no meat or veggies in a wok as a side, but Golden Dragon's is legit pork fried rice even though it's just a side. That's rare. I've lived in Charlotte, NC and Denver, CO and eaten at tons of Chinese places and no place in either city has topped Golden Dragon.

We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. We ordered takeout on our way through town. My husband is not a huge Chinese food fan and he said it was the best Chinese food he ever had. We ordered egg rolls, dumplings, chicken Lo mein, general Tsao chicken, and pork egg foo young. It was all excellent. My mother in law ate it all and went back for more. The place was clean, staff friendly, and large portions. Highly recommended!

This once was our favorite Chinese restaurant, but they never reopened the dining room after Covid.So we tried take out,the quality and flavor weren't the same.And the food was COLD! When they had sit down it was steaming hot!.I won't be back till they open the dining room.

I recently purchased beef chow mein and pork fried rice. Not only was the food really good, but despite being very busy he paid attention to details, making sure we had soy sauce, etc. He provided four fortune cookies and I can't recall the last time I had fresh (not stale) fortune cookies.
