Full disclosure: never got our food on this trip. Review based on the ordering process, the wait and the abusive phone call I received. I had placed a takeout order and was told "25 minutes". Arrived in 25 minutes to a store packed with people waiting for their food. I waited for a while for my phone number to be called (the way they do it). That seemed to be step 1. Customers would pay then go back to waiting for quite some time for step 2, actually getting food. The staff are unapproachable as they're behind this early Covid-era plywood/plexiglass/plastic sheeting so I couldn't tell them I was giving up and leaving. With at last 10 customers in front of me, it was clear I wasn't getting food anytime soon. I decided to just go home, confident in the fact they weren't going to make my food without calling out my phone number over the karaoke speaker, as I didn't want to stick them unfairly. About 90 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready I got a call from an unknown number. It was the guy from the restaurant calling to tell me my food was ready. I explained what happened and that I had left long ago and wasn't coming back for it. He shouted an expletive at me and hung up on me. Order here if you want to but know that at peak times, e.g. dinner time, the estimated time is bogus and you're going to wait for a while in the store. I don't need to be talked to that way.

They're rude to customers and their food doesn't taste good at all. We wasted $72 on takeout and threw most of it away.

4/28/19Their website says they open at 11am on Sundays but you should call to be sure. I'm sitting in their lot, 11:16am and the store is dark, the lights are off and the door is locked... Not that I'd try to break in & cook my own Chinese, but u know what I mean... No Chinese for me today...

I honestly eat here probably more than I should simply because I need to learn how to cook but when food is this good and the service is great it's almost impossible to say no so keep up the good work you guys are wonderful!

Just left from picking up a to go order. The owner/cook yelled at us for ordering tofu because he is too busy. Hmmm thought you sold Chinese food. He has always been grumpy but this time was very aggressive. If we are such a bother, we won't be back. Not worth it for marginal Chinese food.

This is easily the best Chinese place around. The food is always excellent. I've never had anything on the menu that wasn't perfect. My only complaint is that whenever I do an online order, they clearly don't start cooking it until I arrive. I live 10 minutes away and once even waited 30 minutes before heading over, and when I got there, they started cooking. They also aren't always the nicest folks, but it may be a cultural thing. I'm willing to deal with it all for the food though. So good.

The food has improved so much with the new owners. Are food was very good. We will be going back!

Five star reviews here? Are you sure it's not the store's own evaluation? Such junk food plus attitude? Would anyone really be willing to spend here? Give a five-star review after consumption? Oh my God!

Great food reasonably priced big portions what's not to like.in the mood for Chinese from happy family to sweet and sour chicken or moo shue pork all is fantastic
