Golden Chopsticks

I threw away another meal.No constancy .One meal really good. Other meals just nearly okay. Then you get a meal you just have to throw it away. Tried to call and explain, pointless!!!!I've tried to be patient! But now it's enough. If they can't make a meal the same all the time, can't afford to go there anymore.

They have decent food and good flavor. Definitely better than the 2 stars they are getting. I'd say 3 or 3 1/2 is more realistic. There's definitely worse out there.

Haven't been here in a long time. Here for lunch right now. Ordered lunch portion of garlic chicken with wonton soup. It is terrible. The sauce taste like vinegar and ketchup mixture & the chicken made me gag bc how chewy it was!!! Worst garlic chicken I've ever had. Daughter got bourbon chicken and it was over cooked like jerky.Oh yea, the service sucked.

I wasn't expecting excellence but was pleasantly surprised. We started with crab rangoon. The wrappers were thin Hong Kong style wrappers. Very crispMy chicken and cashew was overflowing with fresh veggies and flavor. The sauce was perfection. My wife had the shrimp with garlic sauce. Again the sauce was awesome and the shrimp were huge and tasty. Four star rating in spite of a cold dining room and so so service.

The food is entirely too hit or miss and more likely a miss! Dry, stringy chicken.. Flavor is never consistent. In addition to less than sub par food, the woman that, I assume, owns it is a complete hag! Incredibly rude! We've ordered from here for a few years, lack of options for Chinese food in our town. We have finally given up 100% and will not be wasting our time or money here any more. If a good meal is what you're in the mood for, you won't find it here.

I have been ordering from here for over 6 years. It has steadily gone down hill. The last time we ordered General Tso chicken it was awful... That was several months ago. I thought I'd give it a shot one more time. Same disappointment. The chicken, or I should say what there was of actual chicken, was dry and stringy. The majority of it though was just the breading and it too was over done! The white rice was hard like it had been in the fridge for a few days and warmed up. The sauce was very thick and gelatinous as well as way over flavored, entirely too strong! I'm pretty sure this was my last go round with them..I will be finding another Chinese restaurant to order from.

Another Chinese restaurant that turned terrible. General So chicken is like breaded chicken jerky. Not made fresh. Egg rolls are greasy. Used to be a lot better. New cook must not care about quality. Will not be back again

Dont know where the older reviews were eatingbut the woman working the counter is always very friendly. Have been coming here for over five years, about once a week, and have never had a bad meal. Portions very large all the vegetables appear fresh cut. I believe best chinese food in a large area.They are still only carryout since pandemic..

They have take out only- since COVID. Staff very friendly. They use the thin and crispy wonton and egg roll wraps, my favorite. Love the egg foo young.

I had stop coming here for 3 yrs because of really bad service on takeout orders. New Cook or Owners it's worse. My chicken egg foo young was terrible burnt, no chicken or vegetables in them. Steam dumplings were OK but too much dough. Fried cheese wonton were good but small. My Mr said Chicken General To was Just OK. Too bad because this use to be decent 5 yrs ago.
