Fast and cheapThis was a spur of the moment stop while I was shopping in the complex. There is just a window to order no indoor seating. They had your typical menu. I ordered the pork lo mein lunch special. It came with fried rice and pop. For $7 it was a great price. Food was ready in minutes. It was average for taste.

We just got takeout - so I can't speak to the dining experience, but I was really impressed with the service here. The man working was very kind to us. The prices were fantastic and the food was pretty good. I don't know if many people choose to dine in here, but I thought it was a great place to get carry-out. If I was local, I would be back for sure!

Ordered online and attempted to retrieve the order twice but each time left after waiting 20 minutes. They are short staffed and have empathy for that but when you order online you're charged regardless so I lost $18 and learned a lesson.

My husband and I were hungry and really had a taste for Chinese food. I just have been so disappointed lately... so, we tried Golden bowl for the first time. As previously mentioned, the store is nothing to write home about... but the food definitely is! My husband commented that it was the best sesame chicken he had eaten in YEARS! My food was also very good, pork Khomeini. Very flavorful! Give them a try...I think you will enjoy.

I called in to the restaurant and ordered a General Tso lunch special and a order of crab rangoon. While the crab was made fresh. the General Tso lunch special was terrible' the chicken was hard as a rock and the rice was bad it was like it was sittin there since lunch started. so I decided to call and obtain a refund and I spoke to the manager Ed and he was very very rude just downright disrespectful I told him about the situation and he said he makes sure the customer receives the freshest quality food and he can garuntee that when I asked to speak to the owner he said you have to come the store for that. He also wantes meI to drive back to the store if you don't return it within 24 hours you will not get a refund food safety is a concern when you look at the possible time that food could Iout that long after being cooked overall rude maybe the health department needs to be called

I use to love this place but the last two times I went there I waited nearly an hour for my food. They tell you ten minutes but it will be 45 to an hour. Once they gave me the wrong food and shorted me on the order. They obviously gave me someone else order. When i called , they acted like I was making it up. Finally they relented and told me next time my original order was free. I don't go there anymore.

I bought lunch chicken chop suey, they forgot the noodles, when I called they said no big deal you weren't charged. Seriously. I ordered the beef teriyaki and it was burnt so bad wasn't even edible. They said next time I come in they'll give me a free soda. Needless to say I will never be returning, and the pork eggroll had a hair come on people never again. Bad choice for chinese.

I've been a valuable customer for years and have spent thousands on top of thousands of dollars. I received the wrong order and called to see what they were going to do and the manager told me to try it and that I would like it, then hung up on me! I will never go back! That was crazy!
