Goat Bar and Grill

This place is terrible! We had the had the fish dinner and I don't know what exactly it was but it wasn't any fish I ever had. The wings were just ok and the service was ehhh? At one point we were tired of waiting for a waitress so we went to the bar. (Where our waitress and the bartender we enjoying a nice chat) and continued to ignore me. They got my money once. Never again. Lots of other local places that are way better this hole

An average bar with average food and below average service. Bartenders spend lots of time chatting while drinks sit empty. Waitresses were ok and I feel bad for them as the kitchen is the issue with long waits no communication and meh food

My family and I have been at the Goat a few times since it opened at the beginning of the year, and we have never been disappointed with the food. Tonight the family went out for dinner, and I finally tried the figgy goat burger. It was amazing! I don't know what crazy genius came up with the concoction, but the fig jam was the perfect amount of sweetness to pair with the bacon and goat cheese, and the burger itself was fantastic. They have so many great things on the menu that it's hard to choose sometimes. We've eaten there a few times a month since opening, and the only time I got the same thing twice was over St. Patrick's weekend... Had the burnt ends and mashed potato bowl two nights in a row because it was perfection (and a special just for that weekend).Everything seems to be at a solid price point. We spent a little less than $100 tonight, but my husband and I each had a couple drinks, and we bought five meals.Make sure to take a photo with the (faux) goat on the porch if you go. My 10 year old does each time!
