They serve hot fresh delicious smoky ribs right in front of their store, every Sunday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and I'm the first in line to get them because addictively scrumptious! Get there right at noon because they do run out!

Although the meat is very nice the customer service is subpar at best. The high school kids that they hire to work behind the butcher counter are rude and act as though they would rather be anywhere else. For the price they charge there's much netter meat shops within a short drive.

Gibbs is a nice country market, basically. A big butcher counter with loads of interesting stuff, but I was on a trip and couldn't store cool things. Local snacks, barbecue sauces, etc. And they make their own root beer and other sodas. Well, have them made for them. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. I'll be back with a cooler for meats sometime.

Had heard many good things about their sausages, and decided to stop by to test them out. Everything was solid, but nothing had stood out as much as it was hyped up to me. I really enjoyed the Apple Butter BBQ. Definitely a place I will return again to try some more of their many options.

Very much enjoyed it. Very unique. Despite being interested in eating healthy there you can find selections amongst their cardiologist nightmare menu. The foroe Island salmon was delicious and had a gluten-free option bun. The roasted vegetables are incredible.My friend had a burger and baked beans and very much enjoyed itOne of the places that you can get Kentucky Bourbon ale on draft still.Would go back and for the one of us that ate healthy it's possible I If you don't get the 5 cm thick bacon.

Joe has some of the best homemade sausages and brats. Anytime we're in town we stop but to see what they have made. Few weeks ago we took home 40 pieces home

A must visit place in Pittsburgh. Fun atmosphere and really tasty food. Good portions.
