I don't know what to say about Gibbs other than if you come here and get anything other than a house-cured corned beef reuben and a side of bomb ass baked beans, I feel sorry for you.Okay, get the BYO Brunch, too.And maybe nine or ten whiskeys.

Our server, the delightful Alison, guided us through the offerings with a smile.For starters, we indulged in the Onion Haystack and Cheese Curds. While the Haystack leaned more towards onion straws than the anticipated haystack, the Cheese Curds were an absolute flavor explosion. Paired with a finger-licking BBQ dipping sauce that had me ordering extra for my burger, they set the tone for a mouthwatering meal.Opting for the signature Gibbs Burger, we were not disappointed. We had lunch here for my birthday. It was good. We had a new server that did well as she was learning. Pork rinds, deviled eggs were good as appetizers. I had the bbq chicken for my entree and it was also good. Cheesecake for dessert which was just okay.

Excellent service even with a full house! We were seated, welcomed and had placed our drink order within 5 minutes of arriving. Food was very good. I had a Reuben and friend salmon BLT. The bacon was delicious and made me think it might be worth driving to the Gibbs Butcher Shop to get some for home. Fried potatoes were delicious too. Nice local restaurant

Yelp didn't let me down with this one! My son and I were in Cleveland on a boys trip and were both craving a burger for lunch. This place wasn't too far of a drive so we figured we would give it a shot and we are glad we did! Awesome space and ambiance, nestled in the true Midwest. Our server couldn't have been nicer and was very attentive and welcoming. We both ordered the burger and started with an order of the wings as well. Everything was SO good! Burgers were cooked to perfection and the wings were a great start to the meal as well. Large selection of beers and a pretty extensive list of bourbon as well! Not sure if our travels will lead us back here but if they did we will definitely be back to Gibbs!

We walk into the establishment for the first time, charmed by not only the neighborhood where it lies, but the laid back, come as you are atmosphere which we found so welcoming, particularly as it included such warm smiles by the staff. The food was incredible, our bartender Ryan was a doll. Our evening included being serenaded by his singing along with the classic rock playing at Gibb's. Definitely recommend!

I couldn't resist trying their signature steak, which was tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly to my preference. Hubby and I stopped in for lunch. We've been saying that we wanted to try it and figured since we were off and in the area we would stop in. I ordered a cocktail, cool as a cup. Which was very tasty and not horribly priced at $12. Hubby ordered a beer and then I had a second drink, a Tito's and soda which was $7. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. For food I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with beef my side I did the chopped potatoes. Hubby ordered their bison burger of the week which was topped with pimento cheese and jalapeños. Both sandwiches were good, hubby said that the pimento cheese was a little much but the burger itself was really good. The overall feel of the place is small and cozy with a western theme. Overall we will come back. I would like to go to the brunch they do on Saturdays.

Had a great dinner Friday at Gibbs. Food was all fresh and delicious. They had a great selection of cocktails and beer. Waitress was super friendly and personable. Came back less than a week later for lunch and had a great burger that time too!

Great bloody Mary's. Bacon is out of this world. Great atmosphere and bar. Was pretty busy for lunch and all of the food that came out looked amazing. The area was nice to shop and walk around. Highly recommend.
