Gaetano's Restaurant

My husband and I stopped for lunch on a whim. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back very soon!! Our waitress was so kind and friendly the entire time. The restaurant has a cozy, family owned vibe and we loved that.I ordered the chicken Parmesan with cavitelli noodles and my husband got the same with spaghetti noodles. I got a house salad with mine and he had Italian Wedding Soup with his. Everything was absolutely delicious!! I loved the house dressing on my salad and my husband is still raving about how good his soup was. We both throughly enjoyed our entrees as well. The chicken was cooked perfectly and very crispy. Their pasta sauce is also very good. Noodles were cooked perfectly too. They also bring fresh baked bread and oh my goodness!! The best bread we have ever had!! Highly recommend this restaurant for any meal.

I completely 100% understand inflation and what it has done to our country but their price point has jumped significantly. The food has always been ok. I have been going there for a few years now but I'm sorry I can't justify their new price points. And then their up charges are crazy as well. This is not fine Italian dining. Won't be going back

The food was good. Well seasoned. Decent portion. I like their pizzas. Pasta is good. The price is above average, depends on what I pick. Service was fast. The staff is friendly. The environment was warm lighting. Dim lights, sort of a romantic feel, weekdays are not busy, a perfect day for dates. The clean environment too. Clean. And not noisy unless there is screaming kids.

Went here for pizza after a really long weekend. Always drove by but never tried. Ordered a Large 8-cut pizza with alfredo and pepperoni, and a Large 8-cut pizza with sausage and mushroom. It was good. The Alfredo is creamy and delicious, and they put a little more on which I loved. The appeared to use a thick cut pepperoni as well, meaty and full of goodness. The mushrooms were fresh and I enjoy the asteroid sausage, which they serve, rather than the crumbled, sliced, or proceed sausage. OK 3 stars. Service was great. The sauce was great. Fresh ingredients great. Sausage was mild and slightly bland. The dough is where it needed some help. I noticed the bottom was cooked well, but it was a bit doughy. I love cold left over pizza (I know I'm odd). Even the next day, the pizza was a bit doughy. Maybe a little more bake time? idk. I'd try it again.

Gaetano's Restaurant: Horrible Customer ServiceI had a horrible customer service experience at Gaetano's Restaurant last night. I came in at 7:55pm. The guy taking orders at the front desk was rude and argued with me because they were closing at 8:00pm...even though their website said 9:00pm. I asked him why he didn't change the website, and he said he was NOT going to update the website...just because of the Coronavirus. I then said, how are your customers going to know when you close? He started to scream at me telling me they were closing in a few minutes and did I want to order food or argue with him. I said I just wanted a pizza with pepperoni and he said he already shut off the oven and can't make pizza. So, I just left. I'll never go back.

Best italian food & great service!! Take out & dining in are both great. All the pasta dishes are delicious!

Ordered take out via Toast and it was delicious. Everything came hot and well packaged. Portions were generous. Ordered calamari and broccolini Alfredo with chicken. The sauce they came with the calamari' was as amazing. Can't wait to try more dishes.

Have been a patron for years and will continue to do so. Of the food and the people who cook it and serve it.

The best Italian food I have ever had! The marinara is outstanding! Service was impeccable, and the canoli was supersized! Everything was delicious! I thought the prices were good!

Nice place and nice service. Located in a strip mall. Easily accessible.Stopped by for a late lunch. Only 2 other people in the place.We got prompt and professional service.Fresh bread was niceSalad was nice.Italian sub was a bit light on the meats but was very tasty. Surprising that it came with nothing. No chips or anything.The spaghetti dish is exactly that. Pasta and marina. Period. $12. Not sure how that would constitute a meal. If you want a meatball, it's additional $. Was nice pasta and nice sauce...but $12 for that with no protein? No way.Was a decent stop and definitely not a horrible lunch. But, there are better ways to get a meal that's better rounded at that price point.Not recommended.
