Dear Head-chef/manager/business owner,I ordered a spicy roll and a green dragon roll. They were tasty, but I was disappointed that the green dragon roll was super small. Since it was $14, I thought it was a bigger roll but it was same size as the $7 spicy tuna roll. If you were a customer, what do you think about the green dragon roll and its price? I know Unagi is not cheap because I was working at a sushi restaurant in cleveland before and also I order fish myself for sushi from a Japanese company in the U.S., but we could barely tell that unagi was in the roll. The price doesn't make sense to me at all. I hope you consider it since the roll's taste were good (I know many sushi restaurants' rice are horrible here, but yours was good!).

Not one pleasant thing to say about this place. Our server was inattentive, surly and argumentative. The atmosphere was dreary and depressing. The food was mediocre at best. And a first, for me anyway, was an automatic 18% tip added to the bill for a party of four. The restaurant was nearly empty and obviously for good reason. Not one person working ever smiled or talked, they all seemed miserable. The owners should save themselves further misery and embarrassment and close the doors asap.

So this was my last night in Ohio and decided to get some family and friends together for a last supper! With large groups u usually can never go wrong with Hibachi and Fugiyama did not disappoint! The prices of everything were very reasonable. Most of us got steak and seafood. A few got the twin lobster tails. And let's not forget the yummy sushi rolls and sake shots!!! When I come in again from Vegas, I'll be back and I'm sure my local friends and family will be visiting again soon!

Went here once. Once was enough. I tipped the cook and the server embarrassed me in front of the whole table saying I didn't leave enough tip. Don't go here. Plenty of other hibachi around with better service.

My family has been here several times, we always sit in the sushi area, not hibachi. We have always noticed the sticky tables, even the floor is sticky. This last time I happened to have a sanitary wipe in my purse and so we used it to clean the table. I have included a photo of what the wipe looked like when we were done. If this is how clean they keep the public tables, what must their kitchen look like?? We will not be back.

If you're thinking of going here, don't. One word... Yuck. Waiter was nice. We sat at a regular dine in table. Wife and I ordered a water and Coke each.. the ice or glass has a funky smell and taste to it. We informed our waiter of it and he said "they are lazy back there of cleaning." Literally his words LOL. Soup. Ok. Salad. Fine. Shrimp hibachi was fishy . Chicken was the best part.Go somewhere else.

Tables are sticky last 3 times we went.. We sat at normal table. Not where they cook in front of you. Plates literally are stuck to table. Told waitress we are severely allergic to shellfish as the menu suggests. Saw waitresses walk out with our food and look at it and turn around. We hear her go into kitchen and say " I said no shrimp"! I was hoping she did not walk out 1 min later with our food. She didn't. She came out 30 seconds later and put plates in front of us like nothing. I will never go back! If it's that easy to ignore someone's allergies that can kill them. No need to dine there!

Today would be the forth time we've visited. Our family chose the Hibachi table. Two of the times we went, we had Asian chefs... the most recent 2 times, we had American chefs. Andy was our chef at the most recent visit. The staff made sure drinks were full, and everyone had a carry-out tray for any surplus food. Andy did a very solid job at cooking, and I have no complaints on that front. The quantity received is quite grand, so unless you're double hungry, you'll have some take home. The dining area was fine... showing some age, but well maintained and cleaned up. The Chefs have always done a good job of entertaining whilst the food is being prepared. I've always thought that the quantity/quality for the price makes it a fine value. Mind you, sushi isn't my thing, so I can't comment on that portion of the business.

I may have to eat here again, but the first time here, on the spectrum of hibachi, it works, but noticeably a notch below a Benihana, places like that. Friendly staff, nice environment, it just didn't hit, but I definitely want to give it another go.
