I ordered my family some meals using Door Dash. I don't like how they require you to pick add-ons, most of which are $2.00 each, before you can confirm your meal choices. I ended up selecting a sauce that was $0.50 but it's something you have to pay attention to, as it drives your cost up. My partner and I got the steak, chicken, and shrimp combo. I ordered his steak medium rare and mine medium. They were both well done. I split a chicken lo mein meal between my toddlers and, since it was required, added broccoli for $2.00. As for the actual quality and taste, it was fine. Nothing special and I certainly wouldn't go out of my way for it. I should have just ordered Benihana for two, paid their delivery fee and split some with my kids. I think the taste would have been closer to what I am accustomed to when it comes to in person Hibachi. I think it's very much a low level hibachi place and expectations can't be held to the same standard as a traditional, sit down spot.All that being said, my Dasher was able to pick up our food earlier than estimated. It was hot and the portions were large for the price. I didn't care for their YumYum sauce either, btw.Just a whole lotta...meh.

Food trash.... I had juice all in my bags the food tasted like someone house wasn't good at all,I'm giving one star because of grub service.

Cheap but poor quality food... avoid the chicken (very dry and bland), rolls were small and there are definitely better options in terms of quality and quantity

The food was decent/okay. They definitely give you ALOT of it, so try to be super hungry when ordering or consider sharing with someone, I'd even say if you portion it enough a family of 4 can eat! It is a bit pricey but I guess that makes sense for the amount they add to your plate. Or it doesn't? We spent $40 and some change and definitely didn't finish our plates. We also don't plan to re heat and eat. Would try again down the road but not a place I'd want to order every time I catch a craving.

Customer service is terrible. They are so rude and the food is not good. I would give this place 0 stars if i could. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Especially if you don't want food poisoning.

The food was delicious but I got food poisoning from this place that has lasted me 2 days. I haven't eaten anything in 48 hours because I can't stomach it. I'm certain it was this place because my mom ate my leftovers and she was sick also and this is the only place that we ate that was the same. My boyfriend also ate from this place and was sick. DO NOT GO!

Staff is rude and not customer friendly at all. If your expecting similar to Wasabi, Benihana or Hibachi then think again. Its nowhere near it... think more like shopping mall food court.Only plus is that you get insanely large portions for the money. If I could give a half star for that I would.

I ordered take out from here, they forgot my rice, forgot my yum yum sauce that they charged me & now I'm 20 minutes away and CANNOT EAT MY FOOD! They refuse to bring me utensils and my food or give. Refund!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
