The Olympic saki spraying was excellent. The chairs are severely worn out and threadbare, but the service was good and the food was even better. Just be prepared to pay for the most expensive restaurant I've ever gone to.

I came here with my partner for our 15th anniversary and we got their most expensive dish with habachi.We expected to be just by ourselves but we're seated with two other families. The food was okay but greasy and salty and I ended up catching covid in here. On another occasion I came here again and while the food was really good we were seated in a small room with families full of obnoxious loud children. This place looks dirty and everything looks like it was smeared with vaseline. I think I'm done coming here.

Food flavorless, our cook was pretty raunchy with the jokes being that there were children at the table. Undercooked chicken. Medium rare steak that was asked to be cooked well. Chef got in a rush last min and just plated. Ambiance is decent.

Absolutely awful me and my boyfriend got food poisoning!!!!! I wish I could give them no stars!Do not get any raw fish from here because I have been throwing up for hours!!! The fish was warm yet it was supposed to be raw(so cold), so we stopped eating it. And so i had about 4 pieces. Just that little amount is about to send me to the doctors. DO NOT EAT THIER SUSHI!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE! Seriously. I don't know what is the problem here, but I wish I could give negative stars. I've been going to FUJI STEAKHOUSE for over ten years, my partner .... over 15. As far as we were concerned, it was the only really great restaurant left in the mentor area. Last night was a disaster. There was a problem at our table, in which it was half adults, half children. The teenagers were a separate party, then there were two couples. The waitress didn't listen, neither did the cook. The cook was obviously unhappy, the food got flung around, he cross-contaminated the chicken, fish, seafood, and beef. I asked for my filet RARE, and I could tell right away that he was going to overcook it. By the time I worked up the courage to say anything, it was already done. He was flinging food about, popping people with grease, and sat the baby on the toilet toy in front of my partner's face for the entire meal.The food wasn't seasoned, the portions were tiny for $30 a plate, and when I excused myself to get a manager because there were issues she proceeded to tell me "He's cooked for other tables today. No one else had a problem." She conceded that she would remake my steak for me, but ... seriously? How about an "I am sorry for your experience, let's remake the food and make sure that you leave full and happy?" That's all it would've taken to please me. Instead ... all of the adults (two separate parties) had issues. The other couple asked for the manager when the served came back after the cook left. The manager came right over and began to attack me. She quietly told me that "I'm always the problem" and that "You always get your steak well done" .... I've never eaten a well-done steak in my life, I always get it rare. I tried to direct her to the other couple who were having issues, but she continued to focus on me. My partner got upset, at which point she began to attack and gaslight her until voices wound up raised. This manager does not belong working as a manager. The restaurant itself probably needs to go, because looking through I'm noting LOTS OF FOOD POISONING ISSUES and after my experience last night, I can see why. No food safety at all. Anyways, when it became clear she wasn't going to resolve the issue and was more interested in playing the blame game, implying that the staff all know us and know we're a problem, I was ready to leave. She wanted me to pay for food I wouldn't/couldn't eat. No ... not going to happen. At this point, it's past 9 pm and guess what ... everything else is closing. This is a horrible restaurant anymore. We used to be regulars, but we really won't be back and I ACTIVELY discourage other people from going. Unless you'd like to pay $30 a plate for some food poisoning and a manager with an attitude problem who doesn't know the meaning of ... customer service. I work in the food industry. I'd fire a manager outright who did this in my restaurant.

When we do family dinners out, Fuji is our place! It allows everyone to get what they want!We had a party of 8 this time. Our server delivered our soup/salad and drinks quickly. Our food was prepared as asked! They really do a fabulous job here!

Worst experience. My food came to my table cold. My misso soup had a lipstick stains on the rim of the bowl. Once I sent back my food because it was cold, the waiter caught an attitude. Once I got my food back it had a rubbery texture, like if it was reheated in a microwave, just nasty.I am sad to say will not be a repeat customer.
