Fricker's

Being the well educated family we are, we decided to travel during the Holiday Havoc of 2022, leaving us stranded in Maumee, OH hungry and cold. Through zero visibility we could only see the lights of Fricker's and decided to stop. This place was great! First they were open when everyone else was closed. We were expecting not much but was pleasantly surprised. When we walked in they saw how disheveled we were and offered us beer and sodas (thank you wonderful staff) right away. Then gave us fries for the kids before we all lost it. Food came out quick and good. The kids ate quesadillas, I got a burger, and my husband a wrap. Then there were arcade games. There is a God! The kids played video games, which were super clean, all working and not loud while we looked for a hotel room to wait out the storm. The staff even gave us suggestions were to stay. Thank you Fricker's!

On a cross country trip and we are staying across the street at the Hampton. This is a nice place to eat. According to back of menu it's a OH chain.Service was outstanding!! We had a party of 18 and they were incredibly fast. All food came out at same time and was hot and fresh. I had the Three for All, two sliders, Frickin FF and about 4 chicken strips. The teriyaki sauce had a good flavor and was applied nicely. Sliders were very good as well with the burger fixings on the side. FF had a nice batter on them too.I would certainly visit again. Plenty of TV viewing choices. Average sound level. High ceilings help with that.

Just like what it looks like and what it markets itself to be---a good joint for some fried foods and cheap cold beer. I had boneless wings (a hefty portion) that was well seasoned. I had the potato wedges and they were good. The cold beer in a frosty mug was excellent and cheap. Our server was attentive.

Stopped by the Maumee location for dinner. Great place for wings which we all ordered. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Took our drink orders then our entrees. The restaurant seems very clean and well kept. We enjoy Fricker's although we usually go to the Sylvania location. We enjoy the atmosphere and can honestly say we have never received a bad meal at any of their restaurants and consider their wings the best.

Great place to eat and watch sports in a family oriented environment! The wings are fantastic as always.

So far, having fun! Service quick. Menus on the table. Read "The Tale of Fricker's" on the back! Loved it. Casual. Plenty of televisions. Some games for the kids and some gambling for those of age. Plenty of Ohio beers - Market Garden! BBQ pulled pork - great! Flip it as soon as you get it to prevent the bottom bun from going soggy. Wings - great! Breading not too heavy, tasty. They bring plenty of napkins and wipes which you will need. Sent back cold BBQ beans - came back quickly and hot! Sides good, not great but service was great! Definitely worth the stop!

Classic 3+ sports bar. They do the big things right. Friendly staff, quick turnaround on beers. Nice selection on tap. The burgers are solid. I got the 1/3 pounder and it was plenty. Cooked to order and served with curly fries. Those are the high points and a trip into the nachos wasn't as satisfying. Plenty of TVs although they are a little old school sized compared to the chain sports bars. Overall, very good experience.

If your looking for a dive sports bar with decent food, this place is for you! Great customer service with friendly bar staff. There food is known for "fricken" everything. Great lol ace to catch a game, cheap brew and ok food. It's better than your typical "sports bar" but it's still bar food. If your in the mood for something quick, easy and cheap, I highly recommend this establishment.

Woke up this morning thinking about how incredible this place is. On a good night in my 20s I could knock down 40 wings. BA always told me he did 50 one night. I don't believe it. Do you realize what it takes to knock back 50 wings? It's not realistic, BA does not have that kind of resilience. We argue about it all the time, he said newt was there. Newt is not a reliable source. He can't remember anything and even when he does, he remembers it wrong. There ain't no way he ate 50 wings. No way. The service is excellent. Bring back dollar beers. Easy 5 stars. Go Blue!

Nothing special here. Large menu, lots of chicken items. I got one of the spicer boneless chicken on my wrap but it lacked flavor and wetness. The waitress was fantastic and made up for the lack luster sandwich. The atmosphere reminds me of a hooters rebranded as something else.
