Freudy's Bar and Grille

The food here at Freudy's is very good and the service was solid. My wife and I sat at the bar and even though it was busy, we felt that we were attended to quickly. An incorrect order was brought out for my wife but it was corrected right away. I had a craving for a burger that was hit perfectly and the Jalapeño Mac was definitely a side choice that I would get again. The only downside is when you first walk in you enter into a part of the restaurant that has seen better days. It almost seems like you are walking into a shut down half of the restaurant named Samantha's ? Unsure of the backstory there but then you are sat on the other side with the bar which is separate and well put together. I hope the other side can get a face lift and the whole thing can be Freudy's because the food was worth it.

Best meal, drinks, and service that we've had in a long time. Walleye was phenomenal, and the flank steak with the jalapeño aioli was delicious! Martini's made perfectly! Definitely will return! Thanks for an excellent meal!

Went to Freddy's on a Saturday night for dinner and sat at the bar. You can make reservations for the bar which is highly recommended as it fills up fast. Food was good, staff friendly. The bar tender was awesome. She is one of those rare service people that can socialize, get you a drink and hand clear another customer at the same time. There is no large outside sign for Freudy's. It is in the same spot as Samantha's. As others have said this is a hidden gem.

Great place if you're looking for delicious food and ambiance for a special occasion.

I went there a couple nights ago for first time. I was pleasantly surprised pleased. The strip steaks were cooked and seasoned to perfection. My hubby got the pork chop and loved it. I also ordered the jalapeno Mac and cheese. We all had a great meal. I would come back over and over. The lighting was perfect for a relaxing dinner. The whole vibe of the restaurant was quaint and pleasing. Ask the waiter as soon as you sit down for pre dinner bread. We had none while we waited for dinners. I did order the buffalo mozzarella stick and I probably won't order again. It was cold when it got to me but i did eat it all. Overall it was a great time.

The best food in the area. Famous for Dave's pork chop and steaks but check out this halibut over polenta and the crab cakes. Wonderful.

The service is excellent, friendly atmosphere, fun bar. Like the idea of the specials every night, regular menu was good too. We enjoyed the dinner out.
