Fresh Healthy Cafe

I've walked past this place a million times and recently stopped by for a wheatgrass shot and decided to order food. I ordered the chicken pesto crepe and OMG! When I say this was sooooo good please believe me. I have ordered this item several times since then. The food is always hot, fresh and consistent unlike other places where the food may be good on one visit but the next time it's not so great. The staff and owner ( assuming the older gentleman is the owner) are always very nice and welcoming.

I ordered kale salad and added hummus on the side. When I got my order I asked what kind of dressing they had. The male server kept saying it's in the bag. I said no that's the hummus I paid extra for. A woman server comes up and asks me "what's my problem." I said I want salad dressing what kind do you have? I the man makes the dressing and hands it to her. She dropped it on the FLOOR and PICKED IT UP and Tried to hand it to me with NO hesitation!! She got an attitude because I didn't want it from the FLOOR. The owner witness it happen and said nothing. I asked to speak with him and THEN he apologized. She and the rest of the team, including the manager and owner did not look surprised. The kale was turning yellow and they left the stalks. I had an Unacceptable experience which Completely Ruined my appetite. I will never return!!

The smoothies are super yummy and are full of good things for you, or so you think! There's actually quite a lot of sugar in these smoothies. However, you probably didn't come to the food court at the mall to be healthy. So TREAT YOSELF. I really like the caribbean smoothie. The guava juice is something that is kind of unusual. The smoothie is not too sweet, but a little tangy! I like it a lot, but not enough to constantly spend 5-6 dollars per smoothie. Every once in a while when I'm feeling like I deserve a treat or having a bad shopping day, I'll swing by. But, really, Giant Eagle is right down the street and I can get a Naked juice or something similar for a whole lot cheaper.

Excellent smoothies, but stop making samples when there are 15 people waiting for the drinks they already paid for! Very annoying standing here watching one guy continue to make samples while we've been waiting for almost 15 minutes. Get your act together!

I love the turkey avocado club panini and the chunky monkey smoothie!!! I would love if it wasn't in the mall.

I like their smoothies and sweet crepes!! So good and will definitely come back! They will get busy, but the service is still good:)

The cappuccinos here are consistently poorly-made. The barista makes them as basically a latte, no foam, too much milk. This is not the first time we were disappointed in it.

I ordered the apple harvest chicken (which I usually get) and when I opened it up it was fairly empty and had no spinach--which it typically does. I called to complain and the girl tried to convince me that they don't put spinach on it. All their menus says it has spinach on it so I'm not sure why she was saying this. They offered to replace it but the girl was very rude about it. The owner is a nice guy but some of the people that work here are rude and incompetent. Wouldn't recommend.

We ordered 1 crepe at 1130 a.m. My wife waited for the food while i went to order a philly cheese steak sandwich. Mine was done and I went back. They did not even start making the food. The middle aged male server told us two more minutes. He was right, it took two more minutes before they began the cooking. we waited over 15 min for 1 crepe. He lied and said they needed to make a new batch.... The batter container was 3/4 full and lunch time had just begun. They forgot our order and kept makingothers. I wish he could just say sorry for forgetting. The quality of the food was ok to be fair. We will never go back there.

I work in the mall and come get a smoothie on break everyday. It's perfect for times when you don't want a big meal but something to fill you up. The bacon, avocado panini is my personal fav to get when I'm hungry. I still haven't tried every smoothie on the menu but the pomegranate punch is my go to.
