Communication, knowledge, time management. I just booked with them for a 25th wedding anniversary in August and it's only April.Reasonable cost.My sister and daughter have used their services before.

Can thank them enough for the amazing job they did catering our employee recognition dinner on Saturday. Staff was so professional and courteous. Food was delicious. Delivered to our venue right on time. Couldn't have ask for a more positive experience. Thank YouJohn Mannella

Food for thought has a ton of options, how would I know, my previous employer ordered catering from there every chance they had, one would think hmmm too much, actually not enough. I have had every option imaginable and every time it was better than any other catering option, from deli sandwiches, to hot dogs, fajitas, taco bars, chicken sandwiches.. to the good olde cleveland standby of what I believe to be homemade perogies (the best option).You can not go wrong with food catered from here.

I live in Los Angeles and was looking for a catering company to cater my sisters baby shower this summer and came across Food For Thought on Yelp. Their website & diverse menu drew me in instantly. Food for Thought was professional, courteous and accommodating from day one of contact. Wendy Vlach was such a pleasure to interact with and her communication was above par! She was so quick to respond to all my crazy emails with special requests and more than accommodating! I wish i had gotten better pics of the absolutely delicious and elegant food! Pictured from top far left: tomato basil caprese with balsamic reduction, pork & beef tenderloin with baguettes & choice of horseradish cream sauce, cranberry mustard chutney & rosemary cream. Apple walnut salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing. Crab cakes with lemon garlic aioli. Herb mashed potato bite, fruit skewers and phyllo cups with California chicken salad, spinach dip and roasted veggie goat cheese. The young lady that delivered the food and pictured deliciousness was 15 minutes early and was so incredibly professional, courteous and accommodating.If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! We get catering from them a lot at work. They do everything from sandwiches to wraps to pasta to chicken to vegetarian offerings. I'm not a huge fan of the sandwiches but their hot food is always pretty good. Yesterday i had a sausage pasta, which was awesome. The sausage was medium spicy and really delicious. I wish there had been extra!

We had our daughter's wedding celebration catered by Food for Thought. we contacted them on short notice with about three weeks lead time. They rose to the occasion and provided food for our celebration that was delicious. They showed up on time as promised and the service was fantastic. Their three servers were very responsive to all of our needs. They even broke down the folding chairs that we had for the service (which was not even their responsibility)! It was such a huge help. My daughter and son-in-law are vegan. We ordered tofu, Montreal chicken, vegan potatoes, salad, and fruit salad. All of the food was very fresh and wonderful. Thank you for everything, Food for Thought.

I was doing a lunch for a large physician practice in Mentor and through Yelp, came across this catering company. The woman I spoke with was very helpful with ideas for the lunch to accommodate short notice as well as within a budget allotted for the lunch. They were also very considerate to providing separately for both a vegetarian as well as one lactose intolerant. They were timely on delivering to their office as well. Most importantly the food was a hit. I decided on an assortment of wraps as well as a fresh salad with oranges, (feta and nuts on the side) and fresh cookies. I highly recommend Food for thoughts for catering your next event!Side note- Always appreciated when a business takes American Express

We've used Food for Thought for a number of events. The food is fresh and beautifully presented. We also invest (I'd suggest very wisely) in having their servers on site. When there's a party for 200+, there's plenty to accomplish, but every time, their staff is so professional and helpful. Recommend highly for your next function!

I used Food for thought in April 2024 for my bridal shower and they did an AMAZING job! Not only was the service great, but the food was also delicious. I got so many compliments on how great everything tasted. Their team is very easy to work with and I will 100% be using them again!

We had a catered dinner at our retirement community as we had won a contest. Food for thought had ample notice and was even given use of a complete kitchen.At Over a $120 a plate our food was very cold. Also was given 1 piece of shrimp for appetizer and told we would have cheesecake for dessert and they served small cookies. We had pondered weather to write a review but when called office abs told them about our experience, we were not offered anything other than a I'm sorry this happened to you. So just don't want someone to be planning a very important event with them and have higher expectations. If I were you, I would look elsewhere for a caterer.
